Dave Broussard A/C & Heating

Called about air filters the pleasant lady took my order over the phone and gave me the price in an efficient manner. When I stopped by after work, my order was ready (and correct) and I was greeted in a very friendly manner. A nice bunch of people to do business with.

We recently put in a brand new AC unit complete with duct work. Our technicians Seth and Zack were totally professional and very knowledgeable about the installation. They were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. Our AC is running wonderfully. And! The half of the house that was not getting much air is now as cool as the rest of the house. To say we are pleased is an understatement!

I used Dave Broussard A/C based on the recommendation of the owner of the home I purchased. This same person told me she used Dave Broussard to install her new HVAC system in her new $$$ home. That is in itself great recommendation. From the very beginning the experience was excellent. Appointments were confirmed ahead of time for sales, service and followup visits. My sales representative, Micheal was very profession and gave me several options to consider when changing my heating system. The price I felt was reasonable. The service crew showed on time the two days it took to install the system. The crew was clean, professional and didn't waste time in doing their work. When the work was finished they cleaned the work area and came into the home to clean trash blown into the home when the system was started up. The operation of the system was explained to me before the crew left. Micheal visited me several days later to check the system and answer any questions I had. The office staff was very helpful in answering answering warranty and finance options . At this point I'm very pleased with Dave Broussard A/C and would recommend them highly.

Made an unpleasant situation a pleasant experience. From Josh diagnosing the problem, Ryan determining what was needed for the install of a new system to Seth and Zack installing the system everything went smoothly and professionally. Dave Broussard is always great to work with. The repairman, Kyle, that came out remembered working on our unit 3 years ago and was super nice. He figured out the issue quickly, explained the problem, and discussed all the costs with me upfront. He was polite and very considerate when walking through the house.

This is our second time we have installed an air conditioning unit in our home. We had many choices to choose from, but chose Dave Broussard's Company because we have had the best service and know we can depend on them in the future. The service team is very professional, fast, friendly and know how to work together:). I was very impressed with how everything was done in a timely manner. There was no wasted time and couldn't have been happier especially the second time installing our second unit. Michael(our consultant), is very professional with still having an easy-going spirit and was very honest with us about which unit would best fit our needs. He is one of the best. Jeremy and Chad were extremely knowledgeable and fast, friendly and courteous also. They finished the job the same day and with still an enthusiastic attitude and it seemed as though they had energy and time for us to spare. It was wonderful to see such a great team. Just wanted others to know how impressed I was this second go around. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a unit to be installed with prompt and professional service. Dave Broussards team/ employees are fabulous. We have our contract with this company for yearly maintenance and they are always helpful and professional. We always feel safe having them in our home when work needs to be done. I would and have recommended them to other friends and family.

Dave Broussard A/C & Heating is the ultimate in professional service. Their service crew is always on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They spent the last few days replacing my A/C & all ductwork, and blowing in insulation. The cost for all of that was much less than I anticipate the A/C alone to cost. I cannot recommend them enough.

Very professional. Productive. AC went out today and was repaired ASAP. It can't get no better than that. And he also came with covers for his shoe's, face mask and did not diddle dally on the job. Got to and and got finished. And now I'm cool again. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Dave's employees came out the same day Icalled on a Saturday. Let me know Monday following estimate for the part and labor. By Wednesday all was fixed and cooling. I spoke to a few different staff members and all were very helpful and polite. Thank you Dave's AC
