Burkhardt is great! My A/C capacitor went out. Within hours Burkhardt sent someone out. Bailey was the assigned technician who we’ve previously worked with. He never disappoints. He quickly accessed, addressed, and explained the issue. We went over a couple other concerns and Bailey took the time to further explain the issues and recommendations. Great company, highly recommend!

My fiance' called these guys to service her air conditioner. They came out and changed a capacitor and the AC began to work. Then they told her that her charge would be over $250 for a 10 minute job. Things got worse when the receipt was for over $350! A service call charge for about $100 is ok, even for a quick fix, BUT,. The bill included a charge for about $250 more than the cheap $16 Jard capacitor they plugged into the condenser. Check your receipt when you get a charge from these guys. What a rip-off!

I can't say enough about this company and about Mr. Burkhardt, as well as Sean and Ryan. They ALWAYS returned my calls promptly and their prices were extremely reasonable. What I really liked and appreciated is how Sean and Ryan took such care with my house. Daily they cleaned up before they left (they were here for a week because it was a major overhaul). Sean was very professional, very nice and courteous and honestly, I looked forward to seeing them each morning - they were so pleasant. Best of all, the work was above and beyond. Unfortunately it is hard to trust many companies today - even the "big name" companies, but you can rest assured that Burkhardt's is a company you can trust. They have GOOD PEOPLE! Thank you!

Our AC broke at the office and we called Burkhardt, with whom we chose to do a service contract with, to get our issue fixed so we could get back into the office. Burkhardt’s office staff was incredibly polite and professional and kept up updated all day as to whether they could get a tech to us that day. They were able to get a tech out and he came after business hours to fix the issue so we could be back in the office the next morning rather than wait till the next day to come fix the issue. The tech was very well informed, polite, professional and quick. Our issue was resolved within 30 mins and the technician gave us some advice on some preventative maintenance that needed to be done soon. We are super pleased with our experiences with Burkhardt which is why we chose them for our maintenance contact because we can trust them to go above and beyond to get the job done quickly and correctly.

I have used their services on my old systems for a number of years and they installed my new ones last year. I have always been very pleased with their work. They are top notch in the quality category, though I doubt they are the cheapest. You do get what you pay for with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants the work done right.

Burkhardt redesigned and installed new duct work for our A/C - Heating system. They installed extra vents in our up stairs bedrooms. They installed proper ventilation for exhaust fans in the bathrooms. All the improvements are just amazing! Our A/C system has never worked so well!! The team was efficient, professional & knowledgeable. The whole experience was just incredible! We are extremely pleased with the results. We would highly recommend
