Let me start by stating that Sam and his team were true PROFESSIONALS from beginning to end!! Their work is top-notch, and within 24 hours of installing my new system, I noticed a huge difference in the efficiency, quietness and cooling of my home. Where I used to notice a slight "stuffiness" smell in my house after being gone for a few days, it now smells clean and fresh every time I enter. I am 100% satisfied with the suggestions he made for my home. The difference is incredible!!
I'd also like to point out that one of the techs accidentally put his foot through my roof (in my kitchen) while buttoning up everything in my attic. I understand that those things can potentially happen, but Sam was on top of it immediately. (I will say this from experience, my attic is very tough to navigate!) Well, within less than 45 minutes of the incident, I received a call from his "roof guy" requesting to set up an appointment the following day to repair my ceiling. The following morning they arrived, did a very professional repair to my roof, and looking at my ceiling now you can not tell it ever happened. Like I said in my opening statement - TRUE PROFESSIONALS!! I would have no issues with recommending Gowland's Heating & AC to anyone. In fact, I encourage anyone to contact them when you need this type of service. Thank you, Sam. You exceeded my expectations on everything!

Very professional and personable. Techs, George and Robin did an absolutely great job installing our 2.5 and 3 ton units and replacing all the duct work, returns and grills. Sam came to our home and provided us with a very thorough walk through and provided us with a proposal that suited our needs for cooling and heating. Destiny and Anna were very good at providing us all docs and answered all questions we had concerning our investment.

My daughter ask for service on our a/c they sold us a “new” unit that is freezing up just as the old one did. Every time they return to unsuccessfully repair the “new”unit the serviceman tells us we need to buy something else from them. The costs keeps adding up but the a/c still doesn’t function properly. Incompetence?

We first met Gowland's AC during the construction of our new home. Because we had a geothermal exchange system, the design and installation was a bit out of the ordinary. Gowland's did an outstanding job. I've had several homes that had hot or cool spots because of poor balancing. Their system and fine tuning have resulted in the most even temperature throughout the zones of the house. We have since used Gowland's for our regular maintenance. I could not be more pleased with their promptness, competence, neatness and reliability. I heartily recommend them!
