Had Perry Hall install a Carrier Infinity Heating/Air system 11 years ago. Ran flawless, then intermittently would get error code on t-stat during the past winter and this summer. AC wouldn't kick on at times...Thinking the worst, like maybe time to replace the system..Called Perry Hall and tech came and and found wires loose at t-stat. He checked AC system, cleaned coils and I swear the system is running as good as day one..Issue resolved for under a hundred bucks..Wow..Great job Perry Hall Heating & A/C.

Wake up the Friday morning (Jan 29th) to a really cold house. Found furnace not working so we called Perry Hall Heating & Air. Tech Adam, came out Friday afternoon, but was having difficulty diagnosing the issue. Which I get -can't know everything. But he knew enough when to ask for help. Appreciate that. Few minutes later Chris arrives and they figure out the main control board for the furnace is bad. However, with an impending snow storm predicted of 8-10 inches, they could not tell for certain when the new board would arrive. With our gas fireplaces, we figured we just hunker down for the the next couple of days. But we get a call from Perry Hall around 5:30 that evening, saying they located a spare board and Brett would be right out to replace. Wow, wasn't expecting that at all. Talk about going above and beyond on a late Friday evening. Couple days later Woody and John come out with permanent replacement board and all is good. A big thank you to the team at Perry Hall Heating & Air (Adam, Chris, Brett, Woody & John) who got our Carrier Infinity furnace back up and running. Great job!!!!

Just completed the final leg of a really long journey to replace the hvac in my home and had to give a 5 star review for these guys. My neighborhood finally got hooked up to nat gas service and I wanted to replace the oil system with a hybrid gas/heat pump. Perry Hall did rough in of gas, replaced the oil burner with a HE gas furnace and replaced an old AC with a new heat pump.

Perry Hall gave me the best quote by quite a bit, and offered the best and most efficient system. It included a great rebate on the heat pump through Carrier. Then BGE took their time. Then COVID hit and work and inspections stopped. Then Carrier ran out of the heat pump I ordered. Perry Hall never dropped the ball. They got me an upgraded heat pump at no cost, and they still got me the rebate. The crew was great, did really clean work, and they even serviced the AC they were going to replace when a cap blew during the summer. Just can't say enough good things about everyone I dealt with at Perry Hall.

our air-conditioner was installed by Perry Hall in 2018, only two years so for, it is kind of new, still under warranty. when the outside compressor was not working yesterday, I called Perry Hall, they sent one come to repair, told me mice bite off the wire, he just connected the wire, and charged us $200 for only 30min work. My god, when i call their office to see if they can decrease the cost, she just said they will put it collection.

I had a young man come to service my furnace and air conditioning unit. Although he was very professional, he was also very personable, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company based on the kindness from this young man to the people that I spoke to on the phone.

Fantastic service! We've used them for my office in White Marsh twice now when we desperately needed AC and they were prompt, friendly, and completed the repairs very quickly and correctly. This was after having another company come out several times who just couldn't find the problem!

Purchased HVAC 15 months ago and the were great. Good Value, Install went perfect even on a terrible rainy day. Highly recommend.

Ok everyone...the first 3 companies that gave us an estimate made us feel as though we were dealing with used car salesmen...but NOT so with Perry Hall Heating & Air Conditioning! Our first contact was with their front office...very nice lady scheduled Rob to give us an estimate. Rob was extremely professional & very fair in his pricing...gave us honest feedback about the different systems...never felt as though we were pressured at all! We felt a sense of accountability from Rob and we were so right to choose PHH&AC! Our team arrived to do the install...Bill & Matt...so happy to have them do this job! They were polite, professional, and very efficient...and they even saved me from having to have holes cut in my ceiling/walls (which by the way, all three other companies told us we would have to have)!!! We obviously made the right choice and are so happy with the total experience! Thank you PHH&AC!!!

Perry Hall installed our new gas furnace and handler, they were a pleasure to work with. We have a service contract, they came out on the 4th of July during a heat wave to fix the air conditioning. Can't recommend them enough!

We used Perry Hall AC in the past and they were great. However, we were recently charged for services not rendered. We asked for a quote for a furnace replacement. When their quote came in higher than the competitors, they charged us a service charge for no service.
