Saffer Plumbing, Heating & Electrical

Nick and his partner from Saffer replaced a very old double sink in my basement. They did excellent work. I have used Saffer Plumbing, Heating and Electrical for many years now and their service has never failed.

Update 2023 - Jeremiah fixed 3 non-working lights in the basement and installed a new light fixture in a bedroom. Excellent work.

We recently got a free estimate from Shaffer after they were recommended to us.
JD Vincent was the estimator that came out and he was phenomonal. I'm a service tech in a different industry and I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. He look at our issue, gave us a rough idea, and is sending over a quote.
The whole thing was fast and he instilled a lot of confidence in the situation.
I'm usually not thrilled about having to get anything repaired but he was straightforward and realistic.
I'll reccomend saffer to anyone who's dealing with the frustration of plumbing issues!

I was quoted a price to fix my Saniflo. Jack was on time. He was professional, and explained all of my options. I felt the price was reasonable, and I was satisfied with the work he performed. He treated my home and family with respect as well. So far so good. I would use them in the future.

Never gave me a receipt, I call 2-3 times each time the response is, I will let accounting know, my service was a week ago still nothing . I’ve had 2 other types of service done in my home with different companies the recipient were in my income the same day.

I have used Saffer for many things over the past few months--some planned and some emergency. Every time they have come to our house they have been fantastic--professional, friendly, efficient, and thorough. I am glad we found them and we won't be using anyone else for our plumbing needs.

Cost of new toilet was abt 200 more than I expected. Also I wasn't told it was larger bowl until after installation. But otherwise professional and responsive.

Have used Saffer a few times and have never been disappointed. Excellent company to work with, highly recommend!!
