AVS Heating and Air Conditioning

AMAZING SERVICE!!! During a heat wave with temperatures over 100, AVS was able to do a survey and install my system within 3 days!! My a/c was installed before others even called me back for a survey. AVS treated my home and my time with respect and care. Their workmanship was excellent. All around great experience. I suggest to everyone!

From the initial inspection and quote to the install for a new Heating system, the process went smoothly. On the day of install, Jose and Bob arrived on time and were very professional. They protected the floors and working area throughout the day, provided a clear understanding of the work, and left the job site in the same way as they started (very clean!). We are happy to be a customer with AVS since last 9 Years.

Today AVS came to my home and fixed a glitch that was preventing the hot air on the furnace from circulating consistently on automatic setting. They also tweaked the fan setting, to actually increase the speed in which it activated and the intensity of the heat. AVS has serviced my heating and air conditioning for the past 12 or 13 years, and has consistently provided prompt, professional, and reasonably-priced services. They are honest, which I find refreshing in dealing with home contractors. I recommend them most highly.

My air conditioning unit stopped working on the 3rd of July. I called AVS and they came at 10 am on the 4th, diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the hour. They are professional, on time, knowledgeable, and very nice. Their charges were very reasonable. I give them a 5+ rating!

Great experience - prompt and reliable service. My AC system broke down in the middle of heat wave. Techs from AVS came quickly and they promptly fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Anil was very courteous and persistent in solving the issue with my refrigerator. In solving the problem we had multiple communication making me feel comfortable whereas previous technicians may have given up and suggested you go spend another 3K on new refrigerator.

I had a 10 year old Goodman hvac which had leaking indoor coils and out of warranty. AVS recommended Trane and installed high efficiency and quiet indoor and outdoor unit. It’s definitely very quiet and working great. Job was done very professionally and on time as scheduled. Very happy with the quality and service I got.

HOLY MACARONI !! We've all had service, and I can tell you I have never had a better experience with any company and I've had many. The day was scorching. The AC had failed. I saw the many 5 stars for AVS and gave them a shot. No one else could come before the next day. THEY WERE HERE IN 20 MINUTES. The team was all pro and perfect. They replaced a capacitor quickly, and the charge was TOO REASONABLE. I expected something around $600 to $700. They charged me $300. I gave them a substantial tip. Right?!? I tell everyone in the neighborhood these are the go-to people. I sing their praise!

Anil and his team responded the same day for a furnace repair on a chilly January day. They did not try to upsell me like my previous HVAC company did. We had a furnace humidifier which broke and probably does not need to be replaced as most people without a medical need for them get by just fine without them. I have used AVS for my home and business HVAC for years.

Consistent high quality service at a fair price. I’ve worked with several members of their team, mostly Anil, who is very pleasant and very knowledgeable. They always send a technician for repairs quicker than their competitors. Overall, great team and that’s why they’ve been my A/C company of choice for 15+ years.
