S & L AC, Heating Repair, and Air Duct Cleaning

Got a call for appointment right away. Jay showed-up to my home on Thursday. Accessed the problem, ordered the part. By Friday, he called again to set-up my new appointment to replace the needed part. By Tuesday morning, my heat was up and running....I even got a new thermostat. Thanks Jay for the prompt and professional service!

These guys were amazing. Friendly techs who took my issue serious and treated me like a human not a customer. Fixed my problem and for much less than I was quoted by a big company. Staying cool this summer and will be nice and toasty this winter.

American Home Shield assigned this vendor to me when my furnace shut off and my thermostat went out. At first I was leery, as AHS can sometimes assign horrible contractors and I have a maintenance agreement with another AHS contractor. I was pleasantly surprised, however, by the level of service I received from S&L. Both technicians were courteous, professional, and most importantly, fast. They figured out the problem and were gone in under an hour. Really pleased with this vendor.

The technician was professional and resolved the issue of our heater. He explained the problem and completed the job in a timely manner. I will use S&L again and recommend your company.

I appreciate I did not have to wait all day for someone to come. The Technician was very courteous. When he came in he put booties over his shooes and had on his mask. Expalined what went wrong with the heating unit with the air filter getting caught in the fan. Great service. Very honest. Jay was great. He immediately found the problem. He had the part on his truck and was able to fix my AC right away and then there was air.
