My furnace died mid-afternoon on a Friday leading into the coldest weekend of the year. Had an HVAC service contract with All-Pro for years. Called them and they said unfortunately there were no techs available. But they called back within the hour and said they found someone to come over. He was there late in the afternoon and after an hour let me know i could repair my 40+ year-old furnace at substantial cost or get a new one. I had no bargaining power or chance to shop around but they offered me a reasonable price on a new furnace and said they could install it on Monday. I took the deal, they were there first thing Monday morning and my heat was back on by 3:30 pm. Have since confirmed with my contractor that i got a respectable deal on a quality furnace in the midst of a frigid weekend with quick turnaround and the work was professionally done. All told, it worked out probably as well as it could have and All-Pro was responsive and responsible.

Thomas and two technicians were extremely professional, courteous and meticulous about the installation. My questions and concerns were addressed. My family was extremely pleased with the installation of our new HVAC system by All-Pro Services.
Not only did they arrive ahead of schedule, but they were very friendly and courteous in answering any questions we had. They even went above and beyond by showing my kids how to use the new thermostat on the wall just outside their bedrooms. Their overall service was timely and very well done. All-Pro gets an A+!

After getting 3 estimates for installing a new central air conditioner AND upgrading to a 75gallon water heater, I found that Bill at All Pro was very knowledgeable, fair in pricing, and efficient. He was fair in pricing, as compared with my other estimates and also had the equipment available for immediate install which the other companies did not due to supply shortages of the pandemic. He even gave me 3 options of equipment and answered my questions about the difference of them so we could make the best choice. We were able to schedule install almost immediately and a 5 truck crew came on time and worked until both jobs were done. Both crews I feel went above expectations as some problems were encountered such as label issues a the panel box and unknown live wires in the attic (for the AC), and having to move a sink and exhaust vent to make room for the bigger water heater. The installation guys were very polite and neat. They worked hard and efficiently. What we were told was originally going to be a 2-day job was done in 1-day. They wore masks without being asked and took care of the warranty registration and everything. I would use All Pro again and recommend to others.

I called App Pro Services with a hot water heater emergency. They walked me through and came out the next morning with a very fair estimate. A couple of hours later the crew was installing my new unit. They explained things and was very neat and clean with the installation. I've been very happy with this All Pro Services experience.

Mr. Royston was very professional and he took the time to explain to me the HVA systems they offer and what I will need for my home. We agreed on a date and time for installation the next week; his team was on time and installed my entire HVAC system in a few hours. They removed the old system, took it away and made sure to explain and demonstrate how the new system works. One important thing, They did not "make a mess." Left the area exactly they way they found it, need and tidy. Thank you Mr. Royston and team.

I’m only giving 1 star because it’s the only way to write this review (FYI)..This is a current issue and I’ve yet to receive a response from management .
I paid for maintenance service in Feb., meaning they’d come out in the summer and winter.
As we’re in the month of July, it dawned on me that I hadn’t had my “summer visit”. I called to inform them that I hadn’t had service but before doing so, I had to go through the great debate of if I had an account. The agent was steadily telling me I didn’t, when thankfully I heard someone in the background correct her. We resolve the account issue, and I made my appointment; just to get a call back saying it had to be rescheduled due to the manager notifying them that no one would be able to provide service that day or time. Fine, we reschedule for another date. Here we are, 2 days later and I get another call saying that they have to reschedule my appointment for the same previous reason and there won’t be anything available until Aug 1 st. I’m livid!
1) You don’t keep track of me being a paid customer and follow up with appt scheduling as you advertise.
2) If I never remembered this prepaid service, they just would’ve taken my money, and render diddly squat.
3) Even when you make appointments, they just turn around and call you back with, “We have to reschedule your appointment, the manager said…”
4) If you ask for a refund for services they’re NOT providing, she’ll be the first to tell you; you can’t get a refund. Ironically it’s the one thing the rep didn’t need to refer to the manager about.
I’m awaiting a call and will update this review. I want my refund. Lol. But SERIOUSLY
8/1/22-Follow Up
Another call was made to the office in lieu of reaching the manager ( this was on the same day of my original review, July 21st) and an offer was given for an additional year of maintenance service for free, along with scheduling an appointment for 8/1/22. I have adjusted my rate from 1 star to 3 because of this accommodation and that they’ve actually followed through with servicing my home today. I will edit this review in Jan 2023, informing whether or not they indeed kept their commitment .

All-Pro Services did a great job with the installation of a new HVAC and heating system. Their response to provide a quotes was prompt and completed installation for both systems in one day as promised. Their professional staff arrived 15 minutes prior to the appointment time worked non-stop to complete the project. Their point of contact, Bill, keep open lines of communication throughout the process and followed up on questions to ensure customer satisfaction. Paperwork and process was easy and the company would be considered for another project in the future.

I went to my local Lowes store to purchase a mini-split HVAC system for my home office and this work is contracted out to All-Pro Services – for good reason. All-Pro did a great job installing my new mini-split – the system works great and is very quiet as well. Bill Royston at All-Pro is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful in ensuring that I received the right unit and was able to work within my budget. The install crew was professional and courteous, and everything was done on schedule. The crew was respectful of my home and my family, wearing masks and ensuring everything was functioning properly and my home was kept clean. I would definitely recommend All-Pro and will certainly use them again in the future.

Our hot water boiler failed just as the heating season was beginning. After calling around to a number of places (and obtaining a number of estimates) I found that there was a general lack of familiarity with boiler installations and maintenance (this was also apparent from the companies that tried to fix the prior system). I received a wide range of responses and after much frustration stumbled upon Bill Royston and All-Pro Services. Bill was the first person I spoke with (after many, many calls and visits with vendors and service providers) who demonstrated any real experience and confidence in his ability to replace the boiler system in my house. The result was excellent. We got a new boiler that heats beautifully (and hopefully more efficiently) and we also added in an additional zone to a basement area that wasn't properly heated. He and his team had excellent solutions and were great to work with. Bill's colleagues and staff were ALL excellent (Rick/Ricky/and many others). If you have a hot water or steam boiler that you need replacing, I'd highly recommend All-Pro Services.
