Buric Heating and Air Conditioning

Buric was an absolutely stunning and amazing company! Low pressure, high work ethic and very amazing people!!! I had a very tough project to complete. I was doing a surprise Basement update for my wife and had 3 weeks to reveal when she returned from being out of town. I could not risk the delays of ductwork and an HVAC unit so I had to be creative and keep the basement heated in winter and cool in summer. Best option and speed and great cost...install a 3 zone mini-split. I could not have any delays or installation problems with mini-split HVAC units with a very tight 3 week window from start to finish! Also, it had to be a company that was professional, fast and could come to the rural parts of Howard County. I am used to the slowness and lack of reliability usually found in Baltimore HVAC companies, so my expectations weren't great to begin with but from the initial site of Buric through the visit by Danielle who was highly communicative and awesome to the rest of the pre- installation and installation team. No hiccups, no problems. Very easy to communicate with and no-nonsense and to the point. I knew what I wanted and the whole Buric team knew how to make my dreams into reality!!!!😍🥳

Now, I think I will use them on my flip rehabs in Baltimore. They are that amazing! They took great care of my home like it was their own!

I never thought I would say this but my wife and I enjoyed having an estimator (Danielle) in our home for over four hours to discuss replacing our HVAC systems but we did! She was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, personable, and every other 'able' that I can think of. We had bids from five other contractors prior to Buric's today and it was an easy decision for us to make.

I really appreciated the way that Nick Buric stood behind his work and his customer today. A repair was required to replace materials included with the system install back in early 2021. Nick responded quickly when the system stopped working on a hot day. He diagnosed the issue and promised to make it right. The principle sounds simple, but it is hard to get that satisfaction these days. I appreciated that from Buric, and I am a satisfied customer.

Danielle was great- she called ahead to alert us to the time she would arrive, was thorough in checking our system, and answered our many questions. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Buric!

Nick and his team have been amazing, responsive, informative, and professional. Our most recent technician, Danielle, was superb. Andrew was terrific! Timely, thorough, and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly and patiently answered our questions (this is a new type of system for us). We will request him for our next appointment!

Buric replaced the fan motor in the exterior unit of our AC. The AC system is 12 yrs old but is in excellent shape because Buric services it each year. They have a Customer Club that helps on costs and makes them available quickly. Losing AC in August around here feels like an emergency!
I know Buric will send an AC tech as quickly as possible if that happens.
