Danielle from Buric performed initial maintenance and tune-up of our somewhat complex heating set up and was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and personable. She identified potential issues and gave me guidance on both temporary solutions/advice as well as what permanent (replacement) solutions would entail when the time comes. So far so good!

Danielle came out on an unseasonably hot weekend to fix our AC. She immediately put my husband and I at ease with her demeanor and knowledge. She explained the issue and was very patient and professional with us. Danielle is wonderful! I have also had Tim at my home and he is very professional and knowledgeable as well. Nick Jr. worked with me through some small issues in the beginning and was very professional. The company is run well. I highly recommend them.

We literally had no heat & it was December 26 & bitterly cold. Nick Sr., the company owner, came to our rescue the same day, notifying us along the way when he’d get to us. It was a thermocouple issue, which he replaced.
