Amazing company. The customer service is some of the best I have experienced with any company anywhere. The receptionist Crystal was amazing, smart, patient and kind. She handled my setup quickly and easily. An appointment was scheduled for a couple days later (BTW this was during the series of 115 degree heat index days in July!!). I had a special issue I needed handled. The office manager Amy was quick to assist. Great local company with old time customer service you cannot find anywhere any more!!! Mark D. (Dundalk)

boiler had 2 leaks. They quoted me $3,000 to get the leaks fixed. I called another plumber and they did it for $290..

To be fair you are leaving out all the additional work that is needed to get your Boiler running like new. Boilers can last for a long time but they do need maintenance and repair work. Just like anything with a motor. Glad you were able to find a cheap guy to repair your water leaks. Make sure you keep his number for when your boiler isn’t heating this winter.

(My new response) well you went from an okay 3 stars to a 1 for that response. I was very clear when i said i just wanted the leak fixed. Another company did that for 10 times less and did it the same day

Have used Reliability Home Services for air conditioning maintenance and water heater replacement. Both experiences were wonderful! They were able to replace my water heater the same day, so I wasn't without water. My non-emergency air conditioner maintenance was completed the day after the service call. These folks know service & professionalism and make the whole process very easy.

Right on time. Great communication - got a heads up that a tech was on the way. Matt was great - very personable, knowledgeable - estimate within minutes of arrival! Took time to put booties on before entering my house... And ultimately fixed the mini split by adding refrigerant. Super successful and satisfying service call!

Unfortunately it seems as though this company is a hit-or-miss when it comes to repairing your HVAC equipment. Around the end of April 2021, my air conditioning was not cooling as it would normally and I called Reliability Home because they fix my heat one time before and it went well. I even purchased their tune up warranty. Knowing I have a tune up pending I asked them to do the tune up and also see what was going on with my air as it wasn't getting cool. The time comes and the one tech did the "tune up" and also gave me the news that I had very little refrigerant and most likely there is a leak in my line. After a few minutes he gave me the good, better, best repair options. Good was just add refrigerant. Better was add refrigerant and seek and repair the leak with sealant. Best, I can not remember the details but none of the options were replaced bad line. So my choice was Better. I was informed that refrigerant doesn't leave and most likely you have a leak and the better option we will find the leak and seal it. GREAT!! I move forward with the Better option repair.

2 weeks shy of six months I noticed my air was not cooling again. I was concerned but I knew it was under warranty and it wasn't going to be a problem to get it fixed. When I called it was a Saturday and I explained the problem to the associate and she gave me some problems when I told her that my job should be under warranty. We kind of went back and forth with it being under or not being under warranty. She finally said she'll have a manager to verify on Monday. Monday came and the manager called me and told me yes my service was in fact under warranty and she would have someone come out to check.
I was relieved and happy she was dispatching someone very early in the morning. I knew that it had to be the same issue. Unfortunately the tech explained it was not only leaking refrigerant, it was a cascading effect that the leak cause the coils to freeze which shorted the circuit board and the blow motor. The technician explained those problems to me and I just thought that because unfortunately the repaired failed they would fix the leak and also fix the problems that the failed repaired caused. Nope, the tech told me I had to pay over $1,000 to fix the failed repair and stating that the leak had to have been more than a pinhole size hole which the sealant would not be able to fix. Im shock...I remember that day in April I was told that the tech that will fix my issue would search and find and repair my leak. All they did was added sealant and hope for the best. I paid over $600 for that wasted service. Now my quote is $1000 to replaced the now shorted circuit board and blower and over $3500 to replace the leaky line making a grand total of $4500. I cannot forget they will give me a warranty discount of $288. I'm very upset and feel that they wasted my time and money on a patch job that could not even make it past the "warranty". If I knew or was informed during the first "repair" that my line had more than a pinhole size leak I would not ask for a temporary repair. Nobody informed me nor did their job with actually finding the leak and giving it a proper seal. I do not trust them to accurately repair my HVAC at all. I would not waste anymore of my money with this company. Please stay clear of this company. I have fully warned you.

Furnace stopped working on a Saturday in January. Reliability was able to get a service tech to my house Saturday afternoon. We decided to replace the 22 year old furnace with a more efficient model rather than continue repairing the old one. The new one was installed on Monday and is working great! Kevin our repair tech was wonderful and Joseph and Erik were clean and thorough in the install. They walked me through what they did and assisted in setting up the Nexia programmable thermostat. Recommended!

William arrived right on time and was very professional and efficient in replacing our shower faucet. This experience was night and day compared to another company I called the day before. Their plumber was not only rude but said that the new shower faucet I bought wouldn’t work. From the get go he seemed clearly not interested in fixing it. On the other hand, William took the time to show me how he would fix it and never had a hesitation that the new faucet handle I purchased would work. He finished the job within an hour and the price he quoted seemed very reasonable. It is actually working better than before in that when you shut the water off now, it doesn’t run for several minutes afterwards. I would definitely recommend Reliability and William in particular to family and friends for any plumbing needs.

I'm old, meticulous and from the engineering field.
If a company can impress me throughout its ranks the way Reliability Home has they must be a top quality business.
From the very day I needed same day emergency service two years ago up to the recent emergency service, a/c compressor failure during a dangerous heat wave, I've been impressed with their responsiveness, attention to detail, professionalism, pricing options and quality of service.
I was so impressed that from my first encounter, due to an existing service contract failure for an emergency, that I dropped my existing service contract and immediately started a new service contract with Reliability Home of which two years later they have continued to honor their contract to the highest level never once wavering nor leaving my family in a lurch.
THANK YOU RELIABILITY HOME COMPANY/STAFF, YOU ARE ALL AWESOME!!!
