When my heat pump gave out on a cold winter weekend Love's got back to me more quickly than the contractor than installed it. Michael, the on-call tech, worked quickly to solve the issue and the repair was very reasonably priced. Appreciated the prompt and through service!

Although the mechanical install was fine, it has been more than 7 months since the job was finished and despite many, many calls and emails Love's is unresponsive regarding paperwork that they have that is needed to complete several rebates we are waiting on.

I was told by three different air and heating companies that my HVAC system could not be repaired and I had to pay 7K for a new system. I contacted Loves Heating & Air and they told me that my system did not need to be replaced and the part I needed cost under $1K . Mike was the person who worked on my system and I will recommend this company to everyone.

Do not use this service under any circumstances. I had a AC unit that stopped working called out Brian who works with Loves and had someone come out. Was told fan blades were bad, once I paid for the new blade( cost over $1000) + installation was told the circuit board needed to be replaced and would be over $1000.. also it would take over a month to get the part. Brian then said he would be able to rig the system and I would have to just pay for the labor cost over $600... (take around 3-4 hours to complete the job) he then tells me that the new blade I just got is worseless now as he wants me to purchase another fan blade that "possibly" might work. At this point I have been nickel and dimed numerous times. The professionalism is extremely lacking, with having to ask to get my qoutes actually emailed out to me. Long story short dropped Loves and went with CES they came out and within 20 minutes my air was on and working no expensive parts no nothing... a simple wire replacement. Let me add this is also including undoing the work Loves did trying to rig the system... why it took that long to get the rigging done is unknown. BEWARE of Brian and Loves as this Scam is unexceptable. This all took place during a month of record heat. Never working with this company again and advise anyone in Pasadena Glen burnie area to do the same. The better business bureau will be notified, company is taking advantage of our community.

We had Loves install a new geothermal HVAC system in our home and they did a phenomenal job. Technicians were kind, knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. Our heating and A/C bill has already dropped an average of over 40% and we aren't even using the hot water generation yet. Highly recommend geothermal and Loves heating and Air.

After the way one of your maniacal employees was behaving on the road this morning, driving one of your Toyota Prius vehicles first on Generals Hwy, then onto Veterans Hwy towards Jabbez run, then on to 32, honking at me like a mad-man because I was having issues with my manual transmissions for too long for their taste, there is no way I would ever recommend anyone do business with you.

The employee proceeded to try to drive my vehicle off the road, crowding my lane when I was beside him, then went off honking the horn like crazy because they seemingly wanted to be seen while I guess they were picking their nose or trying to flip me off.

If that is the type of employees you have, who can't respect other drivers and exercise a little patience on the road ways, then never mind. I doubt that the employee would own up to their a-hole-ishness, but if you know who was driving the vehicle with tags that ended in 225 you can blame them for the bad publicity that they have foisted upon you.

October 2020 I cannot tell you how good of an experience it was with this company. I got two other estimates and of the three total estimates, Love's wasn't the cheapest but their system was the best and the price difference was negligible.

The estimator Jack was friendly helpful and didn't try to upsell me. He took special consideration for my needs for my new system and walked me through the entire process step by step. It was personal attention that only a family member might receive.

Edit: On January 2021...
The blower on the brand new unit I got started to fail. A tech came out on a holiday and it was decided that it needed replacement. The replacement went with little to no problems and the owner of the company personal regretted the failure and made the situation much more comfortable.

After 17 years our heat heat pump failed and we had to have the heat pump and propane furnace replaced. I found out about Love's Heating and Air from a friend. Love's was very responsive during the bid process for the new unit. Jack, their sales manager, was knowledgeable and responsive. After getting a total of 3 bids I decided to go with Love's Heating and Air. I'm very glad that I did. Nick led the installation team. He and his team were great during the removal of the old system and the installation of the new system. They communicated with us very effectively and maintained a clean worksite. They also went above and beyond the call of duty and fixed problems that were present with the original installation. Once they were finished installing the new system it was a much better installation than we had before. After the system was installed, Nick explained the installation details and system operation. Our new system has been put to the test by the recent cold weather and has passed with flying colors. I would highly recommend Love's Heating and Air.

Very polite mechanic. Was a little late arriving but immediately began work, told me how long it would take and completed the job in a timely manner. Very professional and we would definitely recommend them for any heating/air conditioning issue! The price was very reasonable!

Frequently fails to make follow-up calls. Customers should not have to nag to get promised quotes, appointments, etc. Also, last year it took about 4 visits for them to fix a thermostat due to sloppy work by their technicians. They did not charge to keep coming out but it was extremely frustrating for them to keep making mistakes. Finally, a geothermal unit they installed and regularly inspected failed completely just out of warranty.
