Loves Heating & Air

Just moved the the area. Our new home has a geothermal system which is new to me. Terrance came out and was on time and provided wonderful service. He was able to explain everything to me and show me what to look out for. He was here for about an hour and did more than just check out the system. He made a few adjustments to make the system operate in optimal conditions. Was very surprised at the fair price for their service contract. Definitely would recommend.

I have used Love's in the past for the maintenance of my Geothermal system with no problem at all. Glitch free dealings. But in September 8th of 2021 decided to ask for their quote of installing a brand new system (conventional HVAC) in a new house. Dealt with Nick Kendrick. After three weeks called on a Thursday to inquire for my quote and Nick told me hew would work though the weekend and have the quote ready by Monday (October 4th). It is October 15 nobody responded my calls or messages. Wont be doing business with them again. Sadly unprofessional.

Wonderful service and professional staff. Shawn (our technician) was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain everything he did beforehand. Loves worked around our schedule and didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't need. They were more concerned with keeping us as customers than selling us unnecessary equipment. Very refreshing for a homeowner and we highly recommend them.

This is why I like this company. Had a duct booster fan installed by Loves. Year later realized it wasn't switching on at the right time, Loves came back fixed it perfectly so now it comes on right when its needed. They didn't charge me for it. They stand behind their work A+

Another success for Love's!
Jack from Love's resolved a problem of a hot and humid bedroom! I should say no one else could solve this in 9 years...He Installed a thin return air duct (3 inches by 30) flush to the wall to the top of the cathedral ceiling going around the houses supporting inner structure. By adding a large new supply in the floor it prevented the lower part of the house from being ice cold. This previous "sweat box" bedroom is now pleasantly cold when it used to be swampy 77-80 degrees.
I am not exaggerating that I would pay 10 times what they charged for this comfort. Thank's Jack, and Love's heating and air for a job well done - they actually care about their work I'm a customer for life.

Shawn the Service manger was incredibly knowledgeable and exceptionally professional in handling my ac issues. I would highly recommend him and Love' Heating and Air to anyone needing their services. They go the extra mile every time

Thank you to Chris and his team for a great system upgrade. Of course my unit failed on one of the hottest and most humid days of the summer. Chris came out and inspected the system and gave me clear details on the problems with the system and my options. I chose to replace my system and they did a great job - the crew kept the area clean and the job was done in one day. Even though there was a delay, they called and kept me informed. Professional and courteous - thanks Chris.

I called Loves Heating and Air to relocate a split mini a/c unit for my cafe kitchen. The techs were prompt and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the area when they were finished and did a professional job. I would highly recommend this company.

Friends recently asked me to recommend a trusted HVAC contractor in Annapolis MD and Love’s is not to be considered. The pricing was based upon real estate value and the quality was extremely poor and caused property damage to our home.

We bought a geothermal system from this company for $40k. We have heat or ac probably 10% of the time. They have literally been to the house over 75 times! And that is not an exaggeration. Everytime they come they do a quick fix to shut us up and the very next day it's not working again. They dont care about making things right because they already got paid and that's just wrong! There are many other HVAC companies out there CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ONE!!!
