I SO appreciate everything about this company! We've been using them for about 7 years now; for regular maintenance on our two h/vac units; and we also purchased a new system from them this year. Every single encounter with anyone from Air Solutions is a pleasure! Their technicians are TOP notch in knowledge, service, honesty and courtesy. Everyone has an excellent and helpful attitude. I've never met the owner, but have a very good impression of him from his employees. This is something we appreciate - seeing a boss who cares about and takes care of his employees. Air Solutions is a great find, and a pleasure to do business with!

A great company becomes great because of its employees. This was Matt Kushel's third visit here (I think?) - he's a total professional, great service tech, detail-attentive, and excellent at communicating. Can't say enough - just totally top-notch all the way!

Update - 2/23/21 - another visit for furnace maintenance. Again. top-notch service and very knowledgeable tech. He took time to explain to my spouse unit how the system (multi-zone in-floor radiant heat) worked. Highly recommended!

Upon calling the company for a quote, they were able to send someone out within a couple days. Chris Lamon did the initial inspection, called up their office, and was able to provide a quote then and there. He was very knowledgeable and able to clearly explain everything that needed done (it was also in line with what another company recommended). Within a couple days they sent out Gary to do the work (install two filter slots for standard filters, seal air leaks around furnace, replace some gas piping going to furnace, relocate power switch for furnace). He arrived promptly, worked quickly, and did an excellent job. Later that day I noticed that a new large gap had appeared where the upper ductwork attached to the furnace (it was a tight fit to get one of the slots in and Gary had to wedge himself in to get things attached properly which probably caused some shifting - totally understandable). I called them back up and they were able to send Gary back out within a couple days to fix the new leak. The new slots work perfectly, gas piping is secure, and all leaks are sealed tight. From my experience, this company is prompt, does an excellent job, and stands by their work as they're willing to rectify any issue you may have afterward. I'll be highly recommending them to friends and family and will continue to use them in the future. As a side note, the other company we called for a quote wasn't able to provide one until a couple days after Air Plumbing & Heating Solutions actually finished their work, AND the other company's price was $450 higher, so know you'll probably be getting a good deal with AP&HS. However I'd always recommend getting at least two quotes to be safe.

We just moved to a new house and took our maintenance/service agreement with us! Jay has worked with us at both our old house and our new house, he is always kind and considerate of our home and our time. He’s personable, super knowledgeable and always honest about the scope of work. They come with a book with every possible issue listed and an exact price, so you know they’re not trying to get one over on you with cost. The office staff is always great and helpful and I couldn’t recommend Air Plumbing and Heating (specifically Jay!) any more! Truly wonderful to do business with!

Josh was wonderful. My broken faucet was replaced with a great Moen one he had on the truck and the kitchen is now working again. The shower drain in finally working again. And it all was done so well that I hope Josh is available if I need help again.

What an outstanding experience - the folks at AIR are super professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I found myself in a situation where I had to replace my HVAC unexpectedly, and these guys were simply phenomenal from start to finish, and worked with me on replacing my unit at a VERY reasonable cost with a super fast turnaround time! I highly, highly recommend them. Every single person I interacted with at Air was courteous, thorough and personable - from their receptionist who scheduled my initial service call, the technicians that came out the first day and the install team that replaced the HAVC on day 2! The company replaced my water heater and gas furnace after providing several options. Communication was great throughout. The estimate was detailed and the tech team did a great install job. I’ve used Air, Plumbing & Heating Solutions for a few jobs over the years and find the company extremely responsive and trustworthy.
