Had to replace a hot water heater that was past its lifespan. Advanced energy got me scheduled for a next day installation. The customer service team was very polite and made sure everything was in place for my installation. The tech was on time, polite and respectful to my home. He ensured the installation was done correctly and up to code. He was very efficient in completing high quality work. The pricing was very fair and I am very happy with the work that was performed.

The service we received from Advanced Energy Concepts was excellent. We didn't have hot water on a Saturday, the tech (Deborah) came out that day to assess the situation and contacted the manufacturer because the tankless water heater was still under warranty. It needed to be replaced and they found one in stock someone arrived early Tuesday to install it. Bruce was the tech who installed the new one and he was wonderful -very professional, let us know what he was doing, explained what happened and worked efficiently. Advanced Energy worked with the manufacturer who took responsibility and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend their service.

Water heater was going. They replaced with tankless promptly. Great value and workmanship. Bruce was installer and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

Annual mini-split inspection - I appreciate the new reception person who called remind me of this inspection and worked with my schedule in setting up my appointment. The technician who came out is awesome. She was timely, professional and very trustworthy!

My boiler system decided to stop working the morning after our most recent snow/ice storm. Called this company and within a couple of hours someone was here as promised. Tech immediately knew what was wrong, drove to pick up the part, returned and had my heat back up and running within a half hour. Highly recommend!

Terrible service - first they ordered the wrong part then ordered a new part that was $300 more expensive and did not even tell me the price increase. When they went to do the install, they did not tell us the price increase until the install was done and gave us the bill. I would not recommend working with this company. Terrible way of doing business.

Our tankless water heater broke down after owning it for a little over a year resulting in no hot water. Having two kids, including a 7-month old, there was no way we could go without hot water. We called Precision Heating to repair the unit since they were in Grafton. We waited for three days until their tech showed up. He called the manufacturer and started a quote, saying that he would get back to us by the end of the day because he needed an approval. The tech never called us back. The next day I called Precision and the receptionist told me that the tech went on vacation and the quote could not be finished until he returned. According to her no one else could help us from the shop. We ended up calling another HVAC company (Advanced Energy Concepts) late on Friday afternoon, who showed up within hours, ordered the new heater the same day, then installed the heater in less than 24 hours, on a Saturday. We ended up hearing back from Precision, not by phone call but by email on Monday with a quote that would've charged us four times what we paid for Advanced Energy Concepts, and a week-lead time on top of that. If you want your family to be taken care of, and fast-responsive service, go with Advanced Energy Concepts. We will be return customers.
