If I could give them a negative zero I would. We haven't had heat since yesterday. Called last night for emergency, we found out this morning they close at 5 and you're out of luck. We have been trying to call all day, still no service. I just called 7 times!!! first time I was told off by phone rep that they don't need my kind of grief and HUNG UP ON ME. She keeps hanging up or putting on hold and hanging up. THIS IS HORRIBLE!! looks like another night with no heat . If you own this company please answer! I am adding to this post as I called the contracting company that uses Advanced Energy Concepts and now they won't be coming to service the furnace for another 24 hours.
I have never seen such high level of professionalism; John went above and beyond to find the exact cause of the heating problem, methodically even if it took time , with lot of patience to troubleshoot and fix it. Hats off for delivering such high level of customer service.
Purchased a $6,000 Mitsubishi Air Conditioner in 2013 from Advanced, no cutomer service, no followup calls, no discount on service or parts. To top it off, they are rude to their customers on the phone. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere, I did.

Fast and friendly service. I have used Advanced Energy for over 15 years. Always fixed my problems. Nearly all of my plumbing and heating in my house was upgraded using Advanced Energy Concepts.
Had them out to give me a quote for mini splits. Wish I had known they don't want to install them. All they did was try to sell me a gas system and then leave because I want mini splits. Complete waste of my time.
