Atlantic Heating & Air Conditioning

David and Yong completed a two day installation of a new AC system in my house. They did an excellent job! Removed old equipment, installed new units, cleaned up afterward, and made sure I knew how to control new thermostat. Very professional. Completely satisfied.

We worked with a number of people at the company and Dave was the on-site 'lead' on our job. If you have the choice of team members, look no further than Dave. He was timely, efficient, willing to listen and respond to questions, honest and friendly. He kept his team moving along and checked work as needed. He ensured all of our belongings were covered and protected, cleaned all works areas daily, and hard working. We hope to see him on future jobs!

Jorge arrived delightfully on time having phoned ahead to tell us he was on the way. He was professional, courteous, very detailed and completed his servicing of our AC systems with care and despatch. He fully tested everything before leaving. I have been using Atlantic for 8 years and I can't recommend them strongly enough. We have a house with many moving pieces and Atlantics work has been impeccable. They are on time, professional and courteous. They just finished an overhaul of our outdated snow melt system. It was a huge project done on time with no inconvenience to us, and, I know this is an odd thing to say, but the new piping and equipment are beautiful.

After quite a few awful experiences with various HVAC companies, we had a fabulous experience with Atlantic! They were responsive, courteous, patient, professional and did great work. We had to remediate the ductwork for our HVAC system and Atlantic worked with us to find a quote that fit both our needs and our budget. Their salesman patiently explained everything to us and worked with us to find the right solution. The crew that came to our house were efficient, kind and professional. Excellent service from Liam C installing a new hot water heater. Was competent, professional, efficient and cheerful. Knowledgeable about solving other problems in my water system relating to turning the system off when we are away, but leaving the sprinklers on.

Dave and Billy were here for two days replacing our heating and air conditioning. (And Steve was also here for the first day.) They worked very very hard and were consummate professionals, as well as gracious. I think the job was harder than anticipated, but if there was any frustration that was never communicated. Atlantic did a great job replacing our two old gas furnaces with new ones. They solved two design problems (one tight fit in an existing closet, one difficult routing of exhaust pipes) and got the job done on schedule and budget. I’d definitely use them again.
