Matt C. conducted a leak search and repair for me on some mini split units that came with the condo I bought last month. He explained his process clearly and thoroughly, and checked in after each major step to let me know how things were going. Matt also took some extra time to add some additional insulation above what was part of the original installation. And he was nice enough to walk me through using the system and provide some literal pro tips on maximizing energy efficiency.

We had a heat pump and mini split system installed recently. The sales representative Mike was professional and walked us through the different options. Mike also spent time explaining the MASS save program and how that would impact the cost. The technicians Glen and Misael did a great job over a three day installation. There were a few items that needed to be addressed after the technicians completed their work and Green Energy responded/dealt with them quickly. We are happy with the overall project and glad we selected Green Energy. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are looking to have a heat pump/mini split system installed.

Both are important to me, but what makes me happy with my choice for utilizing GEM for my HVAC repair and tuneups is how thorough the technicians were from evaluating, tuning, repairing and educating me on my systems. Their technician, Matt Applebaum, was not only courteous and professional throughout his visit but also did an amazing job of educating me on the options available to reduce the relatively high humidity level inside my home as well as explaining the utility of upgrading our aging furnace to improve both safety and efficiency. Rick is professional and good at his job. I use him to replace my shower head and arm. The company has serviced me couple times every time it is so satisfying. I will give a 5 star if the price is better because I did not expect replacing a shower head can cost a lot.
