Everything was presented well, excellently in fact. I wish I had been able to take advantage of all the company had to offer but I'm sure you will succeed by continuing to run it it the way you're running it.

Matt did a great job and was very efficient while maintaining the heating/ac units for us. He answered all our questions and helped us with the correct filters to order.

I tried Green Energy because I was unhappy with previous vendors. Based off this first experience I would use again and recommend.

I called to have them look at an older tankless water heater that died on me while we were on vaca. I was hoping for a quick fix for a short-term solution as I had already started the process of changing it out to a combi unit. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. They still went through it and gave it a once over but after inspection we saw the heat exchanger was cracked and my quick fix hopes were out the window. It's not that they couldn't have fixed it or didn't offer any solution, it just wasn't worth spending that kind of money to try to keep that unit going.

The technician was knowledgeable, respectful, friendly. He told me what’s was good. He spent more than 2 hours. Next maintenance I will request this technician, trustable

Green Energy did a fantastic job installing Fujitsu mini split heat pumps. Irvin Andrade and the crew were very efficient and neat, kept the house clean. Irvin explained everything to me, did not leave until I had no more questions. Vendrek Goncalves, Wai Tai, Xavier Anderson, were all hard working and friendly, and they answered questions when asked. Top notch. I think they deserve a raise and a paid vacation. Many thanks.

The company was responsive and professional and easy to make an appointment with. Steven the repairman could not have been nicer. He was quick and efficient and made the repair and was tidy and kept things clean and in order

Zero stars. These guys let me book a "tune up" for a hot water tank with a dripping relief valve. They got here said they couldn't provide the service and then demanded payment. Currently waiting to see if they have the decency to refund the money.
