From the first call to the Pioneer office, Nick coming to the house to evaluate the situation, to the two meticulous installers replacing our furnace and hot water heater, everything was smooth and topnotch.

These folks are great. Reasonably priced, smart, easy to talk to, did what they said they were going to do BEFORE the promised date, neat---and we even got a rebate, for which they sent us all the paperwork, along with stamped envelopes! That's service.

THIS business is who you want to install your ductless mini-split, heat condensing gas furnace, and your hot water heater. They are local, and they're all GREAT!!!

Went back and forth through email for a few days and was given the number of one of their reps. I called the rep and was talked to like I was piece of trash and then told they don't even service my area. I'm honestly glad, I would never use this place.

Service was excellent. Early sun morning morming we had no heat. Pioneer was at my home very quickly and we were back in business.
