Since I bought my house in 2009, Vaughan Install a water Heater for us. It has been working perfectly for 12 years until the time it needs to be replaced. No problem at all. Again Vaughan just did installed a new one last month. So, since 2009, We always used Vaughan services for Bathroom shower, faucet, all types of leaking, pipe repair and fire place gas leak repair. Vaughan always accomplished the job with lot of professionalism, quality, and efficiency. They responded promptly, and they help the customers honestly in the decision making process. They provide absolutely incredible service, reliable, clean, and professionalism. I will definitely recommend Vaughan Plumbing and Heating service to any one without a single doubt.

I had a leaking indirect water tank that was under warranty, but the original installer wanted a ridiculous amount to replace it so I called Greg. I used him in the past and had a great experience so called him again. He took care of dealing with the warranty and let me know when the new tank was available. The next day he had his team over to replace it and was done in two hours. I recommend Vaughan Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest plumber.

Greg was very friendly, responsive and generous in scheduling our work the same day. We needed assistance with capping off old rusted sink and shower lines before a bathroom remodel and removing our existing toilet. The plumbers arrived on time, were COVID safe, and took the time to explain everything to me, which I appreciated very much. They did quick work and charged a very fair rate. We recently bought a house, and the water heater, while functional, was almost 20 years old and in need of replacement. The folks at Vaughan were very helpful, and I was able to get a quote and schedule the replacement within a week. Chris was friendly, professional, and did excellent work. The crew at Vaughan Plumbing were great to work with. The guys were responsive and when they came out to check out what needed to be done, they were so professional and took the time to explain in detail what they found and solutions to remedy the issues we were having. They were also very thorough and while we thought we needed more work done, they let us know it wasn’t worth spending money on changing out pipes which we thought we needed to change simply because they were old. Someone else would have done it just to get the extra money but these guys seemed sincere. We really enjoyed working with them and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing or heating service. We will use them again in the future should a need arise.

I called Vaughan this morning after I noticed a leaky garbage disposal last night. They had someone out in less than an hour and replaced the disposal in less than two. Great service!
