I had them install a new Bosch BOVA 20 Seer System. Few observations: - Technicians, electricians, Sale, and QA person were friendly and proffessional; - Sale person inspected the house, took picture, and became POC; -HVAC technicians showed up early, did all the physical lifting, wiring, and drilling for two days; - Electricians committed to do the wiring by code (the right way), so they did some hard work again modifying the internal and external wiring; A separated technician who came at the very end to inspect, did quality assurance, and collected remaining balance; - Royal Air would also schedule electric inspection and do Massave rebate process for you

Overall, I was very satisfied. The fact that they had a QA guy seemed like the process was designed to ensure quality. The people I have met on this project were truly exceptional in both character and skills. Keep up the good work!

The Royal representative performed the maintenance of our gas furnace and heat pump in a very thorough, efficient and professional manner. He clearly explained the information that he collected and answered all of our questions. He was quite friendly and courteous, and overall did an outstanding job.

Royal Air Systems is a class act. They genuinely care about their clientele. They are thorough, professional and pleasant. When they recently discovered one of their employees had performed subpar service in my home, they reached out to me immediately to rectify the issue, and make sure I was happy with the outcome. It was Arthur himself who made the call to apologize and set things right. I've recently communicated with Marlene, Kate, and Arthur. All were terrific to work with. Shout out to John (the technician that was just here). He was meticulous in getting the job done with great care.

The installers showed up on time with booties and drop clothes. They replaced defective line sets in 3 locations in our home. It was a difficult project requiring skill and patience. Royal Air went above and beyond to conceal the line sets. They vacuumed their way out and left our home clean. I’d use them again.

Arthur is very knowledgeable and was able to troubleshoot our issue with ease. A busted circuit will be ordered and replaced as soon as the part is available.

We also had a great conversation about different energy sources and he gave some insight many others hadn't shared before. All of which gave me a lot more confidence that Royal Air is working to help solve our problems to our liking and not simply to overcharge and get paid.

I'm very pleased with my experience and I'll be working with them for future renovations to our heating and cooling systems.

I called Royal Air with the intention of obtaining a service contract. I was looking to switch companies since the company prior to Royal Air was unresponsive (I wasn’t able to get preventive maintenance on my a/c until August). I called the Royal Air office and inquired about a service contract. The process was explained to me and an appointment was set up. I called back prior to the appointment date and needed to reschedule. There were no issues and I was told that it could be rescheduled for 2 days later. The technician came out and checked out our system. Explained everything. And now we are under contract with Royal Air. Another upside is that we’re paying less for our contract with Royal Air compared to our last contractor.
