Trust 1 Services Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning

Had a very good experience with Trust 1 services. They replaced and installed a new water heater the same day! Nick and Dan came out to install and they were very professional and really spent the time to install the heater correctly. They did a perfect job! Right from when I called in, Denise and Anthony were very nice to talk to and they made the whole process very easy. Most importantly, everyone I spoke to from their team was kind and honest which is rare to find. Thanks again for all your help!

Firstly, the workers who came were efficient, professional and competent. I appreciated the photo of the worker ahead of arrival so I would know who to expect. The work done was well done.

However, I would not recommend the company if you are on a budget. The repair person was able to quickly access the repair and then suggested a "best" option at a very high price (the value of it wasn't clear) and then lower options (along with a pitch on 'service membership'). The $850 bill for 1.5 hours of time spent was exhorbitant. The $575 charge for hook up of a new washing machine was a service that would have been included with delivery by the company we bought it from, if the feed valves had not needed fixing. An option for the valve replacement alone was not offered but was as an add-on option to the hookup. I might have pushed back and questioned that as a solo option, but being in a tight spot and under pressure, and given lots of info, I wasn’t able to think of it. Not a good experience.

I had an excellent response call with the Service Manager and I feel it's been made it right; it has been resolved to my satisfaction.

Quick response in regards to my electric water heater needing immediate replacement. Lawrence and Joe was the team sent to my home. Absolutely professional, knowledgeable and courteous! They explained to me everything about the situation and answered all of my questions. They removed the old unit, which was not an easy task because of the size(80 gal). They installed the new one with no problem and they were very professional. I was very comfortable with everything Lawrence and Joe did during the whole process. They even walked me through a payment plan thoroughly and patiently. Thank you Larry, Joey and Trust 1 from one grateful customer.

In this world of it is impossible to find Anyone who could do anything Right it was a wonderful experience to find Trust 1 Service plumbing. Very friendly service, both Eric and John Mack showed up with a clean new van, and clean uniforms & booties to protect our floors. Lots of smiles, and quick service made the repair to our instant hot water heater perfect. Replaced the filter, and left the unit looking like new! So Wahooooooo Trust 1 and thanks again Eric and John Mack.

My water heater went out at 1 am and I called at 3 am to get morning service. Annemarie was really understanding of the late night call and assured me I could get someone in the morning (even if they had someone in the evening I couldn't have stayed awake much longer).

Jose and Anthony were amazing, explained all the options well, reassured me that things would be okay. This is my first time having to get a contractor myself and I found myself looking at Trust1 because they had blog posts on what could have gone wrong with your water heater. The easy explanation online is why I chose them but I'll definitely recommend them or use them again because both the service line and the plumbing contractors were great! It was a smooth process and they were super duper kind. I also had a gas leak and it was fixed and done very quickly. Well worth the money for ease of mind.

Extra pro: They let us know the pros and cons of the water heaters and asked questions like how long you plan to live there, what you want to optimize (interest, monthly cost) which was a extra frill that helped me make a decision after a restless night.

Timeline
Arrival time: around 8:35ish, discuss until close to 9. Time for getting the equipment -> Start work around 11, moving stuff in, finished around 12:2X, test time for water.

I can't speak on pricing, reading other reviews but my neighbors in the building said that the turn around time was very very fast.

Great company. Awesome crew to deal with. They are very young and very serious about what they are doing. Kyle, Nick, Joe and Anthony are awesome. They took time to listen and understand what I needed to be done and offered better alternatives which saved me money. They have financing available to the costumers you can get qualified in the spot. The whole replacement of my heating and cooling system and the installation of a tankless water heater was done in a day and a half. I barely notice they were working in the house the hole time. And when they were done they left leaving a clean place. Absolutely great experience, with great people very well mannered gentlemen. Will absolutely recommend them.

Great service! I called Trust 1 at 8am and they were able to come the same day when our boiler started leaking. Our tech Matt and his associate were very professional and friendly. They taught us about our new home's system and provided us with options to fit our needs/budget. They also have great communication and customer service - AnnMarie and Denise were very helpful with scheduling!

Hi, everyone knows It’s kinda hard to trust a company out there that is willing to help when you have an electrical or a plumbing issue , why? because they all about money, what happens i had a problem with my boiler, I searched online to see if I can find a company that can help me out with my broken boiler and i found trust 1 and I said to myself let me try them, I clicked on them…Trust me, the staff is very very nice, after they sent me Jose, he installed a new boiler for me, he did a good job and that guy knows what he was doing. He is professional nice and very helpful. And folks if you have carpet or hardwood floors no worries they wear pads on before walking on your floor. I’m happy and satisfied

Where to start. I called Trust1 to install 3 water heaters. They had really "great" google reviews but their yelp ratings were awful. I've begun to be more suspicious of google reviews to be honest. Nonetheless I wanted to support a local business. They were very responsive and came that morning. When I made the call I was CLEARLY told the $99 fee for the estimate would be waived since I live in Quincy and their business was close by. They arrived and were professional. They saw what was needed and quoted me $$$FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS. I already had the tanks so their price was INSANE. I told them "no" as I had offers as high as $2500. The employee then said I had to pay the $99. I told them that the receptionist said I did not. He said we record the calls and I said please call in and find out. It was obviously a bit awkward. The employee called his supervisor and they came back to me and said they would do the job at $2500. My wife and I were shocked. I can't fault them for trying to make money but they must have people who don't know any better and be willing to pay $5000 WITHOUT the tanks. I felt a bit of pressure and wanted this job to get done and moved forward. They did a GREAT job. I can't fault them but I know other reputable companies prices would have been cheaper. I had Johnson brother offer $1900. I still feel a bit raw that I paid way more than I wanted to. Even at the end, I asked how long will this job be under warranty and THEN he told me it wouldn't because I bought the tanks myself. That's great to tell me at the end. Did they do a good job? YES. Would I recommend them? NO. Please get multiple bids and don't get pressured like I did. I know they're trying to survive in this market but it would have been better not to put me in multiple awkward and uncomfortable situations.

great job! very professional, thorough, & personable. We liked Nick , his associates and his Company so much that we signed up for annual maintenance, and are reviewing a near future project. We will definitely recommend them to anyone!
