Lawrence Air upgraded my heating system to dual heat/AC system. I have an old house and they did a great job retrofitting new technology. Service was great. I feel like I got intelligent conscientious technical work and support throughout the process. I recommend them highly.

Service person was so polite and nice and extremely efficient. He explained a lot about the system to us (older system but new to us). We were very, very happy with the technician and the service he provided. Will definitely use Lawrence Air again (though we hope we don't need to anytime soon!).

Lawrence Air Systems was professional throughout the process. I was able to get an appt. within a week of calling and in the middle of a heat wave. The technician was on time, pleasant, knowledgeable and flexible. I plan to use them again for the maintenance on the heating unit in the fall, and would recommend them to others.

These folks are wonderful!! When my heating unit failed, I called and spoke with a helpful, friendly woman who was able to schedule a same day repair. The two techs who came were highly knowledgeable and friendly and not only found and repaired my problem (which was much appreciated on a cold day!!), but also pointed out ways I could make my unit more reliable and efficient. In addition, they were sensitive to my and my wife's health concerns and wore masks while in the house. This is the kind of company I really appreciate dealing with.

Tech came on time, communicated well and was respectful. Our system wasn’t working. He troubleshot and fixed the issue and did the routine maintenance in less than two hours for what I thought was a more than reasonable price. Will use them again and recommend them.

When I called to get air conditioning service, they gave me an appointment 8 days out, with a possibility of it happening sooner. It makes sense...they are good and it is summer. They actually came 3 days after I called (so earlier than scheduled).
They tech arrived early, and had the necessary parts in his truck to get our old unit running.

Our heating system was not working and Mr. Joseph was very efficient, professional and knowledgeable, very patient in explaining to me and letting me know what to expect. We are now enjoying our toasty home. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

Lawrence Air Systems (Brian) performed annual maintenance on my heating systems just before the early February arctic freeze, and did an excellent job tuning up several parts of each unit.
