Installed/replaced new central air conditioning and heating June 26, 2022. In November 2022 I started using the heat. It was very loud and made rubbing sounds. I called Falite to come and check this issue but they informed me that they do not service the equipment and only install. I reminder them that my system was under warranty and they installed the system so they need to made a service call to my home. The technician came, listened and did nothing else . He said all these burners are loud and he left. In March 2023 my home was full of soot. Ceilings, walls, carpets drapes and furniture. I called Falite a number of times and always had to leave a message. No one called me back. So I called my homeowners insurance company who came to my aide and was sympathetic to what happened in my home. I will never recommend Falite Bros., Wakefield.
I hired my oil company to come and see what was wrong with the burner. The technician said by only looking at the system “This is installed incorrectly “. He then spent 3 hours repairing this new burner.

I have been using their A/C system maintenance plan for a long time. This year the process did not go as smoothly as I would have liked. Some miscommunication perhaps. Albert is one of their service managers and he reached out to me and solved my issue professionally and quickly. Appreciate his help. An A/C system is more complicated than I would have thought and certainly more expensive than I would have expected to maintain but in the end if you keep asking questions and allow them to answer they are great people to work with.

The crew, Trevor, Brian, Adam and Tyler came to my home and performed a total professional job. Neat, clean, on time and made a boiler heating system look like a piece of art. I’m also in the home remodeling business and these guys where spot on with everything from protecting the floors to keeping me involved in any choice decisions. I highly recommend this company. Called in to inspect our system, and were still running into problems weeks after they came in to repair. After not responding to calls, had a different company come in to do a safety inspection. The work Falite Bros did completely failed the safety inspection, and created an unsafe environment in our home. Absolutely cannot caution others away from this company, one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

We had Falite Bros come to fix our boiler when it broke during the coldest weekend of the year. Initially, they were responsive. However, they took two weeks to provide us with a quote, during which time we had no heat in our house. After about 2.5 weeks, they came back and spent several hours working on my boiler, at which point they told us that it was fixed. However, we noticed that our heat was on all the time, and could not control the temperature in our house. We had another company come in to do our safety inspection, at which point they told us that our boiler was overheating and was unsafe. Falite bros had disabled some of the safety controls on the boiler, and the other company was concerned that our house would burn down. The people who came in for the safety inspection turned off our boiler. Since then, Falite bros has been entirely unresponsive. We have attempted calling them many times, but I think that they now recognize my number and refuse to pick up. Additionally, the safety inspection people informed me that Falite bros charged us for a part that they never installed. The service and customer service has been horrendous. I would not recommend their service to anyone else, and am still looking to have them fix what they did to my boiler.

When they came to our residence in Cambridge, MA, they left our boiler in unsafe conditions. Not to mention, they have since been completely unresponsive. They completely took advantage of our emergency situation, and have not attempted to remedy the issues their repairs have caused. I would absolutely not recommend this service.

They left our boiler in super unsafe conditions. Another company came in said that our boiler failed the safety inspection after Falite “fixed” it and that it could have caused a fire in our building. They charged us for faulty services and are not responsive to our multiple calls.

Called this company to fix the boiler in our house in Cambridge, MA, which broke during an extremely cold weekend this winter. Their inspection and repair led to the boiler overheating to extremely unsafe levels, which we ascertained by bringing in a second company to conduct a safety inspection (which the boiler failed). The second company had to turn off the boiler again, so the situation is still not resolved, and Falite Bros has been completely unresponsive to multiple calls since. I would strongly discourage anyone from using Falite Bros services.

Made a complete mess out of our boiler. Do not recommend. Not only was the boiler not fixed, but they also left it in unsafe conditions that could've caused serious harm to us and our house.

The service was excellent! Jared was very helpful, friendly and worked through some unforeseen issues quickly and diligently. He took the time to make sure our system was repaired that day and kept us updated throughout the process. Will definitely use Falite Bros., Inc. again.
