I have used Falite Bros. for years. They have always been dependable, reliable, and quick to answer my calls and help guide me through any h/v/ac questions that I have had. The technicians that have provided the service calls have been on-time and efficient. I would (and have) recommended them to friends and neighbors. To this point I haven’t felt that my lack of knowledge in this area has been taken advantage of. That alone makes me recommend them to others.

Mike was quick to arrive after my call and identify the problem with my furnace. Given the age of the system, Mike needed to order a replacement part but made it happen within 24 hours. I have heat! Kind, early to arrive and quick, give these guys bonus points in my book.

Worst service provider I have dealt with. I made an appt with them for my AC unit and the appt time was at 8am and no one showed until 3 PM. Wasted my whole day. Then finally after looking at the unit they Gave me a wrong diagnostic on my AC unit stating thermostat was the issue. Went to buy a new thermostat and still the same issue. 2nd time around they stated there is something wrong with the circuit board and they will have to special order. Never gave me information of the model or make of the board. Kept calling them over 3 weeks with the same excuse. Saying the circuit board is a rare product. Still waiting on their supplier. Finally made a complaint to the office and their manager Joe couldn’t even call me back with any info to fix the issue. Lastly the technician Mike (who created the whole mess) calls me back after all the trouble to refund me for the first visit. Because I asked multiple times for the full reimbursements. Wasted over 3 weeks with them. I had enough of them. Choose another provider. HORRIBLE

The company is very responsive. They understood when I explained my wife disability and made time in a very busy schedule to come out and resolve my problem. The tech was very knowledgeable answered all of my questions and educated me about how my system actually works. Great experience all around.

So far so good. This was my first experience with Falite Brothers and it was all good. They were easy to schedule, prompt, polite, and appeared knowledgeable about my A/C system. I’m optimistic that this will be a good company to deal with.

Anthony was very professional and friendly. He diagnosed the problem at the circuit board, checked all the vents and the inside and outside heating and cooling units. He explained what had gone wrong and fixed the problem. I highly recommend him.

Been with Falite since the early 2000's. They
are very knowledgeable and professional.
The Company put in my AC unit, replaced the duct work, and
check on my heating and AC 2x a year at
a Service fee of $300.00.

One suggestion that I would make is for Falite to notify
their clients of the Annual Service fee charge prior to hitting them
with an increase.

With all that being said, I will continue to use Falite
for their reliability as well, expertise and responsiveness.

Jared was courteous, personable and very professional . He obviously knew his field and was excellent in communicating and explaining the systems and reasons for issues. He texted that he was on his way, and he was on time . What a valuable employee ! He deserves a bonus !
