Joe and Matt did a great job installing our heating system and AC. They were both very professional, hard working, courteous and did a great job! I would highly recommend them and your company to anyone looking for work to be done. My wife and I are very happy with the install and about having working heat and AC again!

We hired C & C to do two boiler cleanings @ $250.00 each - at the first location the boiler was found to have two parts that needed replacing - we agreed on a price to do the work - was told by the technician it would take an hour to replace. The heat does not work after the work is done and they have to go back to the location again the next day - should not be on our dime - but lo and behold the bill shows up and suddenly there is 2.5 hours of additional labor charged to the invoice. We question them on the return trip - which should not have been charged because the technician forgot to bleed the system after changing the parts - a rookie mistake. The bill is $200 higher then it should have been based on the quotes provided by the technician when he called for authorization. If you do business with these guys - be sure to get everything in writing prior to doing the work. Of course when the heat isn't working and you have tenants complaining - they have you by the short hairs and you are at their mercy. BEWARE OF CROOKS.

Jason Bouchard did an excellent service call to diagnose my oil burner. Arrived on time, listened to my explanation of my concern, performed tests, located the cause of my concern, showed me the reason for the noise, and reassembled the burner. Totally professional. I would definitely recommend his service.

All of them were on time daily and were very respectful of my wife, kids, and parents. They were very efficient in their work and were kind enough to clean up at the end of each day. Highly recommend C & C Temp Control for all of your heating, air conditioning or plumbing needs! While renovating our kitchen we ran into a plumbing issue that would have held up the entire project. Bob responded immediately and had Tracey coordinate everything with their plumbers. They were professional, prompt and kept me informed throughout the process. Cannot thank the entire C & C team enough for their quality work and responsiveness! 5 Stars across the board!!!

Wonderful 👍🏻 CC Temp control technician Kevin Robert was very knowledgeable and professional at our home this past week. He even put shoe covers on his shoes without me asking him. I have beige carpets, and I usually have to ask service people to remove their shoes. Kevin Robert is number one furance/heater technician. We would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest and quality job performed. He was very respectful of our home. Great work! Satisfied customers! Keep up the good work 😊

I have worked now with Bob at C&C for a couple of years. He and his team installed a Mitsubishi mini split in my home and it was done professionally and I could not be more happy. Today I had service done with Sami and he was so professional- great to have his level of professionalism. I highly recommend this company for their integrity and quality of work.

Just had our yearly HVAC service and had the most amazing young man service us. We need more young people like him. C&C you need to hang on to him, he might even need a raise. Thank you Roger for being so kind.

CC Temp Control is the worst. Their technicians arrived at 10 am on Dec 21 to clean my furnace, which was working fine and not leaking, to change out the furnace filters. They were in and out all day, removing and installing parts they said were broken or clogged, but which were not defective in any way. By the time they left at about 5 pm, after creating a disruptive day, my furnace had shut down, the heat was off and I was in a heating emergency, the digital thermostat had gone blank and would not work, the furnace pump was leaking water on the floor, they had removed the zoning board circuitry and the digital thermostat without permission or discussion, and they had left unconnected wiring hanging from the furnace. They also left pieces of metal, wiring, packing material, plastic, dirty fingerprints, and dirt all over my bathroom sink and floor, the thermostat, my walls, my carpeted stairs, and the mechanical room floor. The techs were not trained or licensed in the electrical work they performed without permission, and they were not competent even to perform the basic furnace maintenance without damaging the furnace - they kept calling their boss for instructions. They then refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes, saying that my furnace and the thermostat, which were working fine before they arrived, were faulty. Not true - nothing was wrong when they arrived. They broke and damaged my equipment during the visit. What a disaster, what a mess! Do not use this company.

We had split units installed a few weeks ago and the service we received from this company was incredible. Bob Chase who instructed us on the units we needed and quoting us a price to and informing us of the rebates ( which were a big factor on us choosing this company.) was so helpful and answered all our questions. He two very professional installer Jason and Brian that were accommodating, cleaned up after themselves and did not leave until everything was working perfectly. They made sure we could access to all the units on our phones. There were difficulties but stayed an extra couple of hours until all was a go.
We recommend this company very highly!
