I used Modern Energy to have blown-in insulation installed in my 3 family rental property and couldn't be happier. They were very thorough installing insulation in all exterior walls and all areas of the basement. They came out during a cold snow day and were able to perform the job flawlessly and impressively didn't crack a single piece of vinyl in the cold temperatures during the removal or reinstalling process. They were very considerate of the tenants and cleaned up afterwards. Would use them again and very please with the results! Thanks for the great work.

Modern Energy is awesome! I had several quotes from other companies and none of them tolk me that the smaller bedrooms would be too cold or too hot unless they size it with the proper equipment. They also gave me options that they never offered such as a floor wall unit and a multi room unit that installs in the attic.

The installation went perfectly and beyond my expectations. All the guys were very helpful, professional, kind, and worked very well together.

Top notch! I recently had a Mitsubishi mini split heat pump system installed and could not be happier with the service. The job took three days to install the compressor and four head units for my home. At one point, Modern Energy had what seemed to be three crews working on this install. My wife and I were VERY impressed with their professionalism, skill of install, and overall knowledge of the system. I missed a couple of names (sorry guys), but I'd like to thank Anthony, Brayden, Chris, Jeremy, Jeff and Lori for making this such a pain free process from start to finish. The system works great, they gave me a 12 year warranty, and the assurance that they'll be there for us should we have any problems, questions, or concerns. Of the many home improvement projects over the years, this team of professionals have been some of the finest I have experienced. Thank you Modern Energy!

Modern Energy recently upgraded my homes insulation and heating system. The quality of the work was top notch and far exceeded our expectations. The entire experience was amazing. They made the entire process simple and helped us every step along the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to improve the comfort level and energy efficiency in their home.

Of the three estimates we procured for our mini-split system and installation, Modern Energy was the most comprehensive and lowest cost. The original site estimator was very helpful providing details of the proposed system and the company service people helped lead us through the Mass Save Heat Loan program. The installers, David and Isaiah, were excellent to work with and completed the project about one week earlier than expected. The installation was very nicely done, very professional, and the system (Mitsubishi) works great! I would highly recommend Modern Energy for any mini-split installations.

Modern Energy was the true epitome of excellent customer service, fair prices and top notch consultants. Our consultant, Ryan was a revelation! We had received competing quotes from other vendors, but none of them matched what Ryan/Modern Energy offered. When you are working towards a very expensive installation, price is only one part of the equation. This is where Ryan truly shined. He took multiple visits to ensure that he designed the best solution for our needs and even recommended products that were cheaper than he previously thought. Which vendor does this?

Even the downstream steps e.g. loan application paperwork, etc. was very smooth. Our whole experience from start to finish was nothing but stellar, and I whole heartedly recommend Modern Energy to anyone.

Purchased a mini split system through Mass Save with Modern Energy chosen as my contractor. After installation and a week into using the system very pleased with both the company, the install and the units. I would recommend both to families that have electric heat. Installers were professional, efficient and took steps to do the job right. Mitsubishi now has units that work to -15 degrees in the winter and provide whole house cooling in the summer. The prediction is that the units will save quiet a bit on the energy bills.

Modern Energy installed both my attic insulation and heat pump/ mini split system. There was clear communication throughout the process and everyone from sales to installation worked in a very professional manner.

The entire team was professional prompt and courteous. They took great care to be clean and tidy and they did an excellent job with the installation. I was very happy with the service and the final product and I would recommend to anyone. A very capable and hard working group and the owner was sure to stop by and make sure everything was in order as well. I would hire them again for sure.

When there was a delay due to equipment, the technicians worked their socks off to complete the work according to our schedule.
