Jason and Dom arrived bright and early at 7:30 to begin the installation of my new HVAC system. They worked around the clock until 6:30 to make sure everything was done. They explained everything in great detail and did a great job with clean up. Both Jason and Dom were friendly, good-natured and professional. I really appreciate all their efforts in getting my new HVAC system installed.

Installed combination water heater, boiler. Did wonderful job. The technicians were, neat, well-spoken, polite and organized. They did a great job of cleaning up the worksite.

Indoor Comfort responded promptly over the course of 8 days, including two weekends, to help me troubleshoot our furnace issue. When the issue was initially misdiagnosed they waived the next serivce charge, even though the emergency tech had to come over the weekend. They spent extra time to give me a quote on a Saturday and returned at 8 pm to set me up with loaner space heaters to make sure we had heat. He also got permission from the owner to extend a sale that had just ended. Install was fast--1 day for furnace. Thorough walk through of the entire system at the end. Left minimal cleanup. The repair folks and install crew were all professional and the office would always return any calls I had and let me know when people were on the way. Just all in all really great service.

I've used Indoor Comfort for over 25 years. People come and go however Indoor Comfort's quality has remained excellent. They hire professional, competent and kind people. I ask questions and want to understand the work being performed and the staff consistently goes out of their way to answer my questions and do a very thorough job. The technicians were tidy and cleaned the work area when completed.
