My experience with Indoor Comfort belies their claims of 100% satisfied customers. I contracted with Indoor Comfort to replace an older cast iron boiler with a new Stainless Steel Heating Boiler manufactured by Triangle Tube. They installed the boiler which proved to be inadequate. The house temperature would not go above 57 degrees F. So, I had a larger boiler installed, which seemed to work most of the time. However, in extreme cold weather with outdoor temperatures in the single digits, the temperature in the house does not go above 62 degrees F. During a cold spell, a heating pipe froze and burst. This led me to discover that the boiler was incorrectly installed. The hot water from the boiler is connected to the return lines from the house heating system, and the boiler's returning cold water lines are connected to the hot water lines of the house heating system. The lines are connected backwards.
I have contacted Indoor Comfort several times and they refuse to even come to the house to take a look at the system.
Now it is up to me to see how I can fix the problem they created.

Our water heater died on a Sunday in December so it was a bit of an emergency to have it replaced. I called and got a callback within a couple hours on a Sunday. The we're out the next day to do the work. Fast, courteous and very professional. Highly recommended!

Every one of your technicians and administrative staff that I have interacted with the past few years have been top notch. Your customer service is super and so appreciated. We have had you fix our a/c unit in the past, and recently had our furnace and a/c completely replaced. Prompt, clean, friendly, knowledgeable - you all get the job done right. Thank you!

Indoor Comfort came to the rescue when my water heater decided to stop heating up. I called, got a service appointment for the next day, got diagnosed and scheduled for replacement the following week, then got called back with a cancellation for the next day! The men who came were professional, clean, efficient and patient as we managed another service team in the house that needed water for a bit before shut off. Great explanation at the end of the service, answered my questions completely. And double bonus points for how sweet they were with our pets - our little barky dog made new friends! Thank you very much for the kind and amazing service. I'm a long-time, very satisfied customer!

Indoor Comfort just recently installed by 2nd replacement home HVAC system. They installed first replacement 20 years ago, and that is why I wanted them to install my new unit. They are honest, responsive and professional. Install took 1.5 days and they entire time, each and every technician was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They took great measures to ensure that I understood all the workings before they left. Upon completion, technicians were very thorough in cleaning up any and all debris. I highly recommend Indoor Comfort to one and all.
