Air Doctor was the only business that showed up after hours. I had two other companies that I also reached out to, one was a no show and the other did not get back to me.

We contacted them for an emergency furnace outage and they were willing to quickly get someone out to the house on a Saturday! We really appreciated that effort and the kind and professional manner of the phone customer service we received from Camille! It turned out that we had actually run out of gas, so we canceled before they arrived and they were positive and professional even then! Wonderful customer service!

Javon is the rep that did the work on my system. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Because of him when I get my complete new system I will get in from Air Doctors. Made sure everything was working to my satisfaction and the companies checked things more than once and spoke to me like a person. I appreciate the fast action from Miles and Javon.

Air doctors was my 4th try to get my furnace fixed. The technician conducted some tests and found which part was failing. He explained clearly what the part did and why it wasn't working. He did not have the part in his truck, so he told me he could pick it up the next day. The next day he came as promised and before I knew it my furnace was running like new. I recommend this company!!! One of the other companies that had looked at my furnace told me since it was 20 years it was unfixable.

Ac went out on all of the days when it was 90 degrees.. called Air Doctors the next morning and They we’re able to get me a same day appointment. Hassan was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on with my unit and also warned me of future repairs for the unit. Thank you Hassan for excellent customer service which is very rare these days. A few hours later my house was cool again! I would definitely recommend Air Doctors and I will use them for future repairs and such.

Miles was amazing! Extremely professional, kept me up to date on part status and did a fast yet incredible job fixing our old boiler system. Would highly recommend and will use them in the future!

You're technician was absolutely fantastic. He explained to me the exact problem that I was having with my air conditioning system. He explained to me my options in repairing my air conditioning system, the cost or replacement. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Corey and Jose worked their butts off for 13 hours straight on the first day installing my new A/C unit and came back first thing in the morning to finish the job. My particular job ended up being more complicated than anticipated for them due to my original unit having been installed incorrectly. Nevertheless, Corey and Jose did a great job with the install and brought my heating and cooling up to code (it wasn't before). A big thank you to both Corey and Jose. 10/10 would recommend.

The ETA was really off and we did call to make sure they were still planning to come, but we were understanding. Corey came out to do a diagnostic on our leaking AC. No complaints with the service he performed, he was knowledgeable and communicated well. We ended up going with a different company due to the outrageous quote for an evap coil (that would cost the same or more than a brand new AC install for our home). I suggest calling around or ask people who may have personal HVAC recommendations if you're confused about the prices you are quoted. The quoted repair including the coil would have costed us almost 8K which is absolutely ridiculous.

If a delay was communicated, we would have never called for an update. The tech did apologize for the delay when we called. We are not faulting the tech whatsoever. I think he did his best to communicate his ETA. People are busy, stuff happens. Our entire quote was comprised of the leak repair so there really weren’t several options as most of it was necessary. The only “optional” item is if the coil didn’t need to be replaced. The entire AC system could also be replaced if the sealant failed but we were not quoted for that. Soldering/ brazing were not mentioned.

Our quote was for a repair, NOT a full system replacement.

No one should be asked to spend 5K+ on an indoor coil for a 3 ton AC.
