These guys are amazing! Customer service does still exists. I can not thank Harold and Stacy enough for the prompt service we received when my furnace went out in my office building. Called them tuesday by Thursday Harold had my new furnace installed and working - building heated back up. He drove from down state to the UP of Michigan to service us and it was snowing like crazy when he arrived. 5 stars are not enough! If I could I would give Mechanical Extremes 10 stars. We called this morning and a service person came this afternoon. Service person was very personable, knowledgeable and professional and clearly explained his “diagnosis” . He also shared next steps if his work on the furnace doesn’t completely solve the issue and would return immediately if there are any other problems.

I couldn't be happier with the professionalism of the owner (Harold), installers (Braxton and Eric), office personnel, and most of all the Carrier system that was installed on Feb. 5th 2021. The cost for the air conditioning and furnace system was more than reasonable, especially after I was given a 5% military discount and was told about the Consumer Energy rebates. The system is very quiet and is running like a champ. I "highly" recommend Mechanical Extremes for your HVAC system needs!

Our boiler furnace sprung a leak on Thursday afternoon. I called around to places in Hillsdale area but couldn't get on anyone's schedule until next week (Thanksgiving week). When I did call Mechanical Extremes I got an appointment for Friday morning. We asked and were told pricing prior to scheduling the repair so it worked out great. Brad was the service man and he was able to replace the 2 leaking air release valves easily in an hour. But then he saw water running from the overflow pipe and found the pressure release valve wasn't working as well as the expansion tank. He had to go to Hillsdale to get the exp. tank but within 1 1/2 hrs. got both valve and tank installed too. We felt the price was very reasonable especially because it's such a tight area where our boiler is situated and not easy to get to some of the pipes. We will call them again the next time we have a need. Very satisfied!

Trevor was great! Everyone I dealt with at ME was friendly, professional, & understanding. They truly do everything they can to resolve your issue as soon as possible. I highly recommend ME :)

Well first over the phone they told us one price and then we got a different (more $$$)price. He didnt check out the whole furnace. Just the flame sensor was removed and cleaned off(which I already did). They changed nothing. We hired someone else and the inducer motor was bad. Thanks for nothing! The guy was only qualified to remove the front panel and put it back on.
