Mike and his team are very professional and were a pleasure to work with! Our 30 year old AC unit was unable to be repaired, so we needed a brand new unit to be installed asap. Rightemp completed the job within a matter of days! They installed a new humidifier on our furnace while they were here, too, saving us the hassle of having to do it later. We are very happy with the work they did for us and recommend them highly.

Officially my first negative review of my life. Called twice with an emergency and was told a tech would call me within 15 to 30 minutes. Hour and a half later, no call/email/text to even give the decency of a status. Don't waste your time trying to count on this company. High promises, zero results. Called Matheson, tech called me within ten minutes. I literally told rightemp I thought my house was going to catch on fire. They asked for my name, email, address, how I heard about them... two seperate calls. Friendly on the phone but, kind of a big deal when I deeply express the urgency of my issue and all I get in return is a no call no show. I honestly feel disrespected by this company, I urge you to look elsewhere.

Mike, Alex and the rest of the Rightemp team provided us with outstanding service. They replaced our 20 year old furnace and A/C unit both of which are on the upper levels of our home. They were knowledgeable, informative and offered us two different solutions to the issue we were having and offered competitive pricing. They covered the flooring and carpet where needed so as not to dirty the floors and when done they cleaned up after themselves. When you make the decision to call & hire Rightemp you can expect excellence from everyone that you deal with there. They will always be who we call to work on our home.

I would recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC repair or replacement. My AC started going out a couple months ago and I got a quote from them. I ended waiting too long until my AC complete broke and they not only honored the old quote but they came out within a couple days. I ended up getting a whole new HVAC system and the installer, Alex, did a fantastic job. He took his time and paid attention to the small details. He was patient with all my questions and was clearly very experienced, it gave me piece of mind knowing that it was being installed correctly. And best of all, the quote was the best price and had a better brand of equipment out of the three that I got.

Such an incredibly nice man.. the job was done quickly and efficiently. They are on our speed dial now, and we will be recommending them to everyone!!!

We used Right Temp to install a new Carrier furnace in December and a new air conditioner in May. Very pleased with Mike, whom we worked with regarding sales, and Alex who did the install. Overall very pleasant to work with and affordable and it was a pleasure to have Alex and his team in our home. We needed a couple of adjustments to the modulating furnace to optimize it and the humidifier and Alex has always been able to come out that day or the following for service. I would highly recommend this company.

Extremely satisfied with our service call on all aspects! Not only did Rightemp answer their phone, they scheduled me immediately. Our repairman Alex was prompt, explained the root cause of our humidifier issue (burned up valve) and also pointed out a couple other things I can do on my own to reduce cost. He fixed the issue quickly, having replacement parts in his truck and had a very competitive cost in my view. I'll only use them going forward, as they are way more customer focused than many of the other companies out there!

We came home on Saturday afternoon after having lunch with friends. The temperature in our home was 62 degrees. We called Mike at Rightemp. He called back immediately and was at our home looking at the furnace within half an hour after the call. He diagnosed the problem, said he would check on the part needed and call us Monday. He called first thing Monday morning. The part was available and someone would be out that day to install it. Alex Hanna arrived about 5:30 and the furnace was up and running within 30 minutes. Alex is an engaging, friendly, polite and skilled technician. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. We have used Rightemp since 2012. We purchased our new air conditioning unit from them, and we also bought a new second furnace. Every interaction we have had with this company has been outstanding. We will never consider using another heating and cooling company. Thank you, Mike. It is so nice to know that there are still people and businesses that are honest, ethical, and offer the best service for a fair price.

We had a great experience with Alex and Mike at Rightemp. Our furnace went out the night before Christmas Eve, and Alex worked with me to keep the system limping along until they could get a replacement part at the first available time, and had the furnace up and running that day. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Rightemp for your HVAC needs.

I have been a long-time customer of Rightemp. Recently I experienced a problem with my furnace not starting. I called Rightemp Sunday morning and was able to talk to a friendly representative who routed my information to Mike. Within a few minutes, Mike called me back, listened to my explanation of the problem, and then offered to guide me through fixing the problem on my own. Turns out the furnace flame sensor needed to be cleaned. I had never opened up our furnace before, but Mike patiently guided me through the process over FaceTime. After 20 minutes, I turned the thermostat back on, and voilà! Not only was Mike able to help me quickly fix the problem, but he saved me a service visit (and taught me something new in the process!).

This was yet another great experience working with Rightemp and, most importantly, they were there when I needed them most. Friendly, dependable customer service like this is why I keep coming back. Thank you Rightemp!
