DO NOT USE this company. They charged my grandmother $350 for a $20 capacitor. And another $120 to plug a few wires onto it. $460 to repair the unit. Completely ripped off this company should be ashamed. I'm a local HVAC technician, this is a $200 job.

Alex is a great person very efficient and personable. He diagnosed it and fixed it and had it working before he left. Mike was very attentive when I first called with my problem and they were very timely on their appointment . I would highly recommenced them.

I do not recommend this company on June 29th this company came out with a representative to fix or AC to put coolant in we did not know that we needed a $180 to give him we told him we did not have a $180 at the time We asked if they could come back out on Friday he said he would tell them or put a work order in and have someone out here on Friday July 1st I called the company they even told me that they would be out here on Friday between 9am and 3pm no 1 came no one called me and my wife have been suffering in this I feel we should not have to pay the $180 just because they didn't even live up to their word

I wish our office found Rightemp sooner! For 3 years since we moved into our office, we’ve had temperature wars. They came right in, changed/added zoning and thermostats and now we’re all happy and comfortable! They’re very professional. I highly recommend them!

Very fast service when other companies told me they were scheduling a month out , Righttemp came out the next day for a small job. I was impressed with the service and their quick availability. Can't say enough great things about these guys!! They were wonderful. Very professional, courteous and friendly. I can't believe how quickly they responded to our need for help, they came out to our house same day despite us calling late in the afternoon (like 4-5 pm) and they didn't seem annoyed or rushed even though it was late.
