Have dealt with Bel-Aire for several years. They installed my furnace and air conditioning and have maintained it ever since. Every technician that has come to inspect and service my furnace have been pleasant and knowledgeable. Great company to deal with.
The technician, Jake T., did a really good job for us. He called when he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was very pleasant and went right to work on doing the annual maintenance on our central air unit. I would recommend Jake and Bel-Aire for your heating and cooling needs.
Collin was polite, professional and very thorough. He arrived when he said, did a good job on both the furnace and humidifier and followed up with a checkup with the water heater which, likely hadn't ever been drained or tested. I trust Bel-Aire and I trust that they will keep my equipment in tip top shape.
Our new furnace and AC installation ended up with flaws. The installers had failed to button things up properly and there were problems caused by ductwork that had been left loose & poorly supported. To their credit, Bel-Aire was quick about getting someone out to set things right. Bill was courteous and prompt. He identified the problem and got service techs on it right away. Bottom line is: I would have rated my experience as 2 stars due to the sloppy installation, but I raise my rating to 4 stars because Bel-Aire provied us with good customer service and corrected the problem promptly.
Keith is our regular service person at Bel Aire and has been for many, many years. He is knowledgeable and reliable and able to answer any questions we may have in relation to our equipment that is being serviced. Keith is always pleasant and a great representative for the company.
Ritchie was professional, courteous, and very willing to explain what he was doing and answer all my questions. Bel-Aire always provides great service, and they've added another great technician to the team. Thanks for everything!
This company is a joke. The last 3 times we have had our furnace or a/c serviced we have had to call for someone to come back and fix problems with what the original technician did. Each time, I have given the office my cell phone number as the contact number, yet they call my husband instead. He has had to step out of work meetings to pass the info along to me. Appointment windows seem to be completely at the technician’s whim. Someone was supposed to come after 3 pm today to fix the problem created yesterday. Instead, he showed up at 11:40 am as I was trying to get out the door for an appointment. We will not be using Bel-Aire in the future.
I always ask for Lles Holden to do our service tech work. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with both the furnace and AC. He is also very articulate and polite--a nice person to have come into your home.
We have a service agreement with Bel Aire for the furnace and A/C. They come out twice a year to inspect just prior to the crossover of the heating/cooling seasons. I have never had a breakdown or failure of any kind and I believe it's due to this type of regular maintenance. Nate has been our service tech for nearly all of these inspections for the last 5 years. He does an excellent job. Thanks Nate!
