Dwight bent over backwards to make sure that I had the best service, products, and overall value possible! He and his team did a fantastic job of installing a new HVAC system, including a new thermostat, air purifier, and humidifier, in addition to the furnace and a/c units. They even brought our water heater up to code at no charge. The furnace was slightly lifted off the floor (and it was also placed in a large drip pan) so that no water would get into it if the basement had a water leak. Go with GR Metro if you want a company that values your business, is reliable, knowledgeable, and just all around great!
I had Charlie come out to check an issue I was having with my antique furnace. While taking care of my issue, we discussed my getting a new furnace.. I agreed it was time. To my surprise, they were available the following Monday to do the installation. The guys, Adam and Juan arrived on time. They gave me an estimated install completion time, 3:00 and began working right away. They offered to bring me portable heaters since I would be without heat most of the day. Adam is very knowledgable and explained everything. at approx 2:30, I checked in with them for the second time. they were just about finished. At 3:00 my furnace install was complete and my home was heating up. Much to my surprise, they even cleaned my basement. They left it looking better than it did when they arrived. I highly recommend GRmetro. This was not the first time I had them to my house for work, and im sure it wont be the last. I know I will be needing a hot water heater before long.
Dwight came out to repair my furnace after it unexpectedly quit working the day after Christmas. He was friendly and taught me a lot about how the furnace worked and the maintenance I should do in the coming years. They were quick to come out the same day, intelligent and very personable. Dwight truly is my Christmas miracle, getting my furnace back in action! Very kind, good service. I definitely recommend this company!

When my furnace went out on the day after thanksgiving they were able to fit me in the same day to have a technician come check it out - it turned out the furnace needed to be replaced. Adam stayed until 8:30 to install a new furnace and make sure we had heat. He thoroughly went over what happened to my furnace, why it needed to be replaced, and gave me a wide range of options to chose from (along with what he personally thought would be the best option).
I can’t say enough positive about this experience - they were kind, thorough, professional and friendly. Strongly recommend calling GR Metro if you have any heating/cooling needs!

My AC unit stopped working on the hottest day we have had so far this year. Not only did they respond to my call/service email first thing in the morning they were early to service the unit! My AC unit is now working better than it was before and I was able to sign up on a maintenance plan with them for service throughout the year. I would 100% recommend GR Metro Heating and Cooling. To add the technicians explained everything they were doing in a way that was easy to understand. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable.
GRmetro did an amazing job replacing my old hot water heater! Took about three hours to have a quote and for the work to be done. I watched them do the entire job and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Adam and Chris ensured that the gas pipe and water lines were nice and straight, which is a big deal for me. Great company!
Had an excellent experience with GRMetro. The person who comes out to evaluate the work to be done is the technician who will do the install and not a sales person. He was able to point out potential issues before the start of the project that other companies didn't mention.
Adam was very knowledgeable and professional, and obviously takes pride in the quality and tidiness of his work. He was able to answer any questions I had, and took the time to go over the whole system with me.
The prices were comparable to estimates I received from other companies. The price they quoted me at the beginning was exactly the price I paid at the end -- no surprises that you sometimes get (another reason it's good to have a company that is thorough at planning and checking the project before they start).
I contacted GR Metro for a quote to repair or replace a hot water heater in a small commercial location. They charged me $89 to come out to look at my heater to quote me a replacement. When Charlie arrived, initially he told me that he couldn't even offer a quote because he didn't do commercial locations and didn't know how to access hot water heaters that weren't on the ground. That was frustrating as they knew my location was a small business when I called to book. Once I discussed with him simple options like moving a drop ceiling tile he took a look to tell me it needed replaced and he would reach out with a quote by end of day or first thing next day. I never received a quote. I reached out to the technician Charlie again who told me he did his end and that the office would reach out, they never did. Days went by and I reached out to the office asking for a refund for the quote I never received or the quote as I had to move on. The person answering the phones at the time was apologetic and said she would handle the situation and then never reached out again and still no quote. I am requesting a refund for the $89 service I have never received.
**editing this review to state after owners response, no refund has been received to date. Although they are stating they offered a refund it was only if I came in person to their office apparently. I said I would like the refund sent to my mailing address due to current high covid rates and I could not pay card as their system "wasn't working" at the time. They clearly are refusing to refund as they still have yet to follow through on that.
