Service Professor

Nick came out to give us a quote for a complete sump pump install(we had the crock, just no pump.) Nick was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional He was able to meet our needs for this project within our budget.
The install went smoothly. Luke and his team came out on time as scheduled. They covered carpeted areas with protective coverings. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and cleaned everything up when they were done. I would have Service Professor out to my house for future projects.

Zac, Rick, and the whole electrical crew from Service Professor were really awesome to work with! I recently purchased a home that had hazardous and outdated electrical (some federal pacific, two sub panels improperly installed). Service Professor gave me multiple quotes to choose from regarding my options for service. I decided to upgrade my whole system to 200 amp in the garage with proper grounding and surge protector with a consolidated 100 amp panel in the basement. They arrived on-time, with a sizeable crew (who were all very friendly and respectful), and were able to complete the whole service upgrade in one day! Their work looks tidy, sturdy, and professionally installed. They also labeled all the breakers for me. I'm really really impressed with their work. I have tremendous peace of mind now knowing my electrical is safe and expandable for years to come. Thanks Zac and crew!

Update: I also had Steve D and Zac come back to install a new pressure tank for our well system, as the old one started leaking. They showed up on time, were able to get the old one out, replaced, and running smoothly with a new one in just under 3.5 hours! No more leaks. This re-iterates my experience with Service Professor that they're what I'd hope all trades folk to be - upfront with pricing, on time, efficient, and professional in every aspect of their work. Thanks again!

Darien and Danielle replaced my husband and I's toilet in our main bathroom, installed a new tankless water heater for us, and replaced our sump pump, and they fixed our wobbly toilet in our second bathroom.They did a fantastic job and we are very satisfied with their work. We cannot thank you guys enough! 😊

They get credit for responsiveness, but that's it. My parents were having a sudden electrical issue, and Service Professor was able to come out the following business day. Without really digging into what was actually wrong, the journeyman electrician quoted them approximately $10,000 to upgrade their service from 60 amps to 100 amps. Luckily my parents were denied financing from the Service Professor, because the next day I had a local electrician come out to their home and the issue was fixed within two hours for less than 10% of what the Service Professor was going to charge my aging parents. I'll attach a photo of what the Service Professor electrician failed to identify as the main source of the problem. It seems like they are trying to take advantage of people and it's just not right. :(

Austin and Dustin went above & beyond to provide us with an exceptional electrical service experience today! We had a complicated project that required a creative solution and they were up to the task. Conduit had to be shaped to fit a custom area, wires had to be run, and holes had to be cut through brick, concrete, and exterior walls in order to get the job done.

Not only are they excellent electricians, they are highly skilled craftsmen. The finished product looks far better than we could’ve hoped! It is functional and discrete.

There was one additional, small electrical issue that we asked about while they were here and, even though they must have been exhausted from 8 hours of work on the main project (half of that time being outside in the rain), they cheerfully offered to stay and fix an electrical problem that had been annoying us for years. Plus, they did it at no extra charge - wow! Impressive!

Austin and Dustin were on time, friendly, courteous, respectful of our home and property, and cleaned up thoroughly before they left. Plus, both of them clearly love what they do and the company that they do it with.

Jordan, Micah, and Landen did a great job. We have a few curious kids and they all went out of their way to be kind to them while they did their work. Jordan and the team made sure to walk through all that had been done at the end of the day before leaving.

I called on a Saturday and was met with exceptional service even though it wasn’t during “normal” business hours. Upon the tech arriving, Aaron understood exactly what needed to be done, and even helped me understand a few options that could fix the issues I was having. He completed the work quickly and accurately.

Rick and Austin were spectacular. They replaced vanity lights in two bathrooms and installed a fan in our bedroom. That was not easy since there wasn't a fan there to begin with, so it was a long process. They installed the fan and the wall mount exactly as we needed and wanted. They worked efficiently but more importantly, skillfully and professionally. This is the second time we've had Service Professor do work for us and we remain as happy as the first time. The guys are good and they are very nice.

This is months later. Jerry was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He helped us understand the issues with our condo A/C system.

Jessie and the young gentleman she had with her did a rocking job on a fix I figured was unfix able. They both without hesitation climbed under my lovely aluminum tin can I call home. And removed the old without damaging more pipe and reconnected the mess. They pulled my electrical out of the way just incase anymore bad luck should venture my way. Thank you all for being so quick to want to help.

Andrew did a fantastic job coming out and assessing the issues I was having. He was thorough and helped set us up with a new water softener system. He was extremely professional, kind and considerate. Our 15 month old son absolutely loved playing with him.

Tim came out and installed the new water softener system and did an amazing job!! He worked very quickly and efficiently!! He was an absolute delight to work with!!
