Service Professor

We are currently doing a kitchen remodeling project and found that a lot of wiring was not in the best of shape. It was also time for a service upgrade as there was no main breaker from the meter socket. Upgraded from a 60 Amp service to a 200 Amp. New wiring was ran into the kitchen and new outlets installed as per electric code. A 100 Amp sub panel was installed in the garage. All this in a two day period.

Matt, Greg Shea, Blake Watters, and Nels were nothing but professional and friendly. This crew works so well together. They answered any questions I may have had. I would gladly welcome them into my home if future work is needed.

Thank you Service Professor for providing great service. Called on a Wednesday and had a quote in hand on Thursday.

Our technician Carl was fantastic! He was professional and very thorough with our duct cleaning. He was very genuine and honest when talking through the service, prices and all of our questions. He won our whole family over, including the dog. I would definitely recommend Carl and service professor to anyone!

Let me tell everyone something, this company is AMAZING and I used all caps because it’s true. Landyn came with Natalie. Natalie was so professional and you can tell she knew what she was talking about. I would choose this company over any company. I also had the pleasure of meeting a couple other coworkers of theirs. Tanner and Rich and Don they all came to my house, and I will all have them again. I’m not a people person really so me saying that is a lot. They were beyond great. And if you need any work done, I would definitely call the service professors.

Carl and Ryan were absolutely awesome! They provided the service i needed and referenced Jonah to come and fix the other issues with my furnace. They were loving with my fur baby and comforted her when she was afraid of the machines they used for work. They were great!

Randy came out . Very professional, courteous, explained everything before he started. Called and same day came out. Fixed my bathroom light switch also light. Simple enough but as older women I wouldn't know what to do
He pointed out my electric box is antique so I'm getting that replaced

Travis was great to work with. Very professional and respectful, and he didn’t mind our dog being super friendly and a bit nosy! Before doing anything he would double check if I had any questions or concerns, and made sure to explain what he was doing. He cleaned everything up when he was done and couldn’t even tell we had work done. It was a pleasure to work with him!

We got our ac and furnace installed in January 2023. Jerry and Morgan were amazing. Our system wasn’t cooling our home like needed after these pretty hot days we’ve just had. I called on Monday and they sent someone out to us on that following Thursday! Super fast and reliable. Jonah helped us today to get that air conditioner running better!

Everyone we have seen from service professor has always been super friendly especially with my 3 year old son who just asks so many questions! I couldn’t recommend a better business with employees like theirs! Thank you for your quick and hard work!

Victor was great!! Came into our home, very professional, straightforward with what he would be doing while he was here. Highly recommend!

Our Technician Steve was great! He showed up right on time, evaluated the issue and did an excellent job reviewing everything with me. It was repaired quickly and at a fair price. I will definitely be calling Service Professor for any future repairs. I may note this was our second time using them and our first experience was equally as good.

Jacob DuCharme came to look at my noisy water heater. He was very nice and got along with my dog. He was very knowledgeable. He explained things well. By the time he left, I had no questions. I would love to have him back. I will definitely use Service Professor again.
