The gentleman didn’t call ahead so we were a bit surprised when he arrived as we hurriedly put the dog in the bedroom, but aside from that small mishap it was a perfect service call.
He was nice, professional, informative, and patient. We didn’t need anything major but it’s nice to have these good interactions all the same.
We were contracted with the company through a home warranty, but I’d definitely call them again if we ever needed anything separately.
