Macklin came out and gave us quote for a B vent or a chimney liner system, the latter being a better choice for our home. We called other companies to get quotes as well and Macklin was the most cost effective. Other companies came out, said they'd send us a quote and were never heard from again. Macklin was on time for the service and finished early. Would definitely pick them again

We have leaned on them in the past as a remodeling company for professional mechanical needs so who else would we turn to when we needed a new furnace in our personal home. Just bought our home and our furnace stopped producing heat. Thought it was a simple part fix and it turned out we needed a whole new furnace. Wayne came out and did the diagnosis, changed parts, and let us know we ultimately needed to replace it. He was able to install a new furnace 4 days later! Not only does he do great work, he also is a great person and it shows in how he treats his customers. Thank you so much Wayne! I won’t be using anyone else for HVAC work. Highly recommend.

Third time we have had them out. Each time someone comes to our house they are professional and get right to work. We have nothing but good things to say about them. We plan to keep using going forward, especially when we update our aged equipment.

Excellent service! Our air conditioner stopped working on a humid summer day. I called Macklin in the afternoon and they were out first thing the next morning to fix everything. Riley was awesome. Gave us tips on how to make our unit last a little longer and also the information we needed if we wanted to replace it. Will be calling Macklin for all our future heating and cooling needs.
