High Comfort Heating Cooling and Refrigeration

My AC broke. Called 2 other places and couldn't be seen the same day. Not only did they come within 2 hours of my request, it was quick, easy and efficient. The technician explained what was wrong and was friendly even though I was late.. Price was reasonable. I would recommend and use again.

We had our capacitor go on us. Called at 1 AM and they were at the house by 11 AM the morning. Very professional, polite and efficient. Highly recommended.

My AC broke right before I left for a week of vacation, so I didn't address it and just went out of town. As we were driving back in the stifling heat on a Saturday around noon, I remembered that my AC was broken and was dreading coming home to a blazing hot house in my second floor condo. I typed "heating and cooling service" into my phone and called the first few places that came up - they either didn't answer or weren't available until Monday. Upon calling High Comfort, they said they could head over that afternoon between 1:30 and 3:30, only a few hours later on a Saturday! They sent a technician out and he replaced some weird part on my AC unit, cleaned it out with a hose, and got out of my hair in 30 minutes. By the time the evening rolled around, my house was cool and I was relaxing. It was an absolutely awesome experience!

They were able to fit us in right away after both our AC and hot water heater broke within a day of one another. Excellent service and we'll absolutely be using this company again!

Called in to fix my furnace. They arrived in less than an hour and swiftly found the issue and did a complete check without asking for it. No sales pitch and kept it simple. Extremely good service.
