Yes, Yates is very professional, responsive, thorough, timely and great to work with! They have done numerous A/C, hanging units, and furnace replacements for our industrial warehouses. Very pleased with their work.

I have been in business for 3 years now at 42ndstreetevents. Yates is my one and only heating and cooling company. There work is neat clean and when I have questions all their staff is on point and professional with responsiveness and multiple solutions. I like this company so must as a Facebook post I also recommend them to my followers. The best heating and cooling specialist repaired my furnace, installed duct work with new air filter and repaired by A coil on air handler.

Needed emergency A/C service on a weekend for my elderly mother and Wayne was the only live person to answer his phone late on a Saturday & come over early on Sunday to make sure the unit was up & running....thanks!

I simply cannot RAVE about this company enough! Wayne made time in the late evening to swing by my mom's house and give her a quote! My mom's AC unit and Hot Water Heater went out within 72 hours of each other and Wayne took a look and was very honest with my mom that she should really do her furnace as well because it was the same age and about to go. We had a little sticker shock but Wayne's company provides finance options, which are incredible, so we could make payments. When the instal date came (only 5 day wait), Wayne's team ended up having to work for two full days because my mom ended up needing some new custom duct work, a new AC unit pad and new plumbing in some areas. Wayne's crew took care of absolutely everything, cleaned up after themselves and the new units work like magic. My mom and her pups were out of the heat and in the cool air within hours! THANK YOU SO MUCH WAYNE . YOUR TEAM WAS AMAZING.

SKETCHY STUFF! BE AWARE

The person came on Sunday. Tried to rip us off by saying the furnace is bad. You need a new one all together and gave us estimate of 16k. Did not tell us what’s wrong with the furnace. Charged us 350 and did nothing other than just opening a few screws.

Everyone with Yates Heating & Cooling were professional, polite and understanding of my problem. My HVAC would not turn on after it was hit with surges from a bad transformer on a pole. AJ came to the house and was very professional about everything. He explained everything that he did and fixed the problem with the HVAC system. He checked the furnace and air conditioning making sure they both worked. He checked the outside air conditioning unit and made sure it was not damaged. Unexpectedly, the water heater went bad and needed replaced, this was not on the original work order. AJ took photos and contacted the office and scheduled to come back out, same day, and replaced the water heater. He was neat, no mess left behind. Most of all he was very patient with all my questions. I will definitely use them for all my heating and cooling needs.

Mike and the guys were great on time very professional. I would highly recommend Yates heating and cooling, they installed and new air conditioner no problems looks great and at a fair price. will definitely call them if I have any problems with my heat (boiler system)or my other air unit.

What an amazing experience from scheduling the appointment with a time that was kept & they even called before they were on their way. Jesse the tech showed up and was polite, professional & explained everything in detail.

Yates answered the phone and scheduled service for the next day. The service rep Steve was prompt and very nice. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem and made sure all furnaces were working well. Highly recommend this service!

I normally don’t leave reviews but I felt like the service I received was amazing. From the friendly staff in the office to the knowledgeable, honest technician that came to my home. He was very thorough and explained every recommendation and the importance of the repair. Their prices were fair and came in cheaper then two other HVAC companies I called before deciding who to go with. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received today. If ever have a HVAC problem at my rental home, this will be the company I use.

I highly recommend this company. It’s hard to find a company you can trust these days to give you an honest diagnostic and still provide service cheaper then their competitors. AAA company right here!
