We needed a new air conditioner, furnace and hot water heater Naugles had just done the same for our neighbor, they were satisfied and recommended Naugles to us. Called office and Jim came out very promptly and looked all over and gave us our estimate and installation date. Also charged our air so we were comfortable until that date. Scott and assistant worked in tight quarters to install all as we live in a modular home. They were professional and timely and cleaned up after their work. We would recommend Naugles to anyone seeking nice, professional and service minded individuals along with good pricing. You call and they are there! Very satisfied we are!

We recently had Naugle Heating and Cooling replace our entire heating and cooling system after a brownout wrecked our old central AC unit. Jim was great to work with, answered all our questions, and ultimately even saved us some money with furnace recommendations and rebates from the power company. Jim and Lisa got us on the installation schedule quickly, and the crew arrived on time the day of the scheduled installation. The installation crew was very professional and courteous – they even put down floor protection to protect our floors while they were moving equipment around.

Naugle did an excellent job installing a gas line to allow for a gas stove in my new home. They gave a free estimate, which was so appreciated in adding an expense like this. All of the people who who came to estimate and install were right on time (with a call first to let me know exactly when to expect them), professional, and clearly very knowledgeable and skilled. They made sure things were done well and worked with the delivery crew of the new stove that day to make sure that it was properly installed, safe, and ready to use!

The same day of the gas line installation, I returned home to find my thermostat not receiving power from my HVAC system. I called Naugle right away, and, instead of immediately jumping on a service call, he talked me through checking on a few things first with system to see if there was just a connection problem with the Google Nest thermostat. Sure enough, it was!! It was a super easy fix on my end (he even stayed on the phone with me the whole time to ensure it was back up and running) and saved me the charge of a service call.

I am very pleased with my experience! I called on a Thursday morning after realizing previous night that my a/c was not working. I was expecting a few day wait, but they were able to come out and fix the problem with-in a few hours! It was a fairly easy fix and no pressure to try and replace system, which I'm sure it needs. Jim was very professional and efficient. The cost was fair I believe. Would definitely recommend! Thank you Naugle!!

Jim was great to work with, he did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and explaining all if our options. Jim/crew replaced our furnace quickly and without issue/delay. Called at 3:00 on a 90* day because my air was not working. Expecting to schedule an appointment within a couple days, 2 techs were at my house within 15-20 minutes. My system is 31 yrs old, but only needed a minor parts. Within 30 minutes the air conditioner was cooling again.

WOW! I called at 11:00 this morning - smelled plastic, furnace had shut off and the man who answered was here 20 minutes later. He wore a mask, kept a safe distance, and quickly went to the scary Michigan basement I have and within 30 minutes, I heard the hum of the furnace come back on about 30 minutes later and he came to give me the results. The conversation was delightful, he was so fast, answered all my questions - it was a great experience! I will ALWAYS call Naugle first. Pricing was lower than I'd expected too - especially for such great service!
