Recieved excellent service from Jim with my heating repairs, very professional, patient, took time to explain what was going on. Will definitely call Naugle for all my future heating and plumbing needs.

Overall the service was great. Very fair pricing and friendly service, got the job done only a few days after we called. The only reason I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because they left what I wouldn’t classify as a “huge” mess but big enough so that I had to clean it up before I was able to do anything in my basement. Maybe bring a rag to wipe stuff down and a shop vac next time.

Naugle always comes out fast. Tell you up front what it will cost to come out and what will it cost to fix are problem. Jeff just came out yesterday and was very good and friendly. We have called this company 3 times already for troubles we were having with different things this year. They can be trusted.

I came home to a cold house today. I called Naugle they sent Scott to my house he did a fantastic job. Got me back up and heating. He cleaned some parts in the furnace and just charged me a maintenance. I am very happy.

Charged us $500 to snake our drains because they claimed we didn't have a clean out in our yard so they had to remove the toilet and do it. We HAVE a clean out which I showed to their employee and he told me that it wasn't a clean out and it had something to do with our water. After trashing my bathroom they couldn't get the snake through and proceeded to tell me we have a cracked tile. Called out another plumber who stuck a camera down it and all it was were tree roots. No cracked tile he was just too lazy to finish his job! We confronted naugles about the clean out because we got charged an extra $180 for them to remove out toilet and we wanted it back since it was unnecessary to go through the toilet and their employee lied and said we never showed him the clean out that we never even left out house which was a flat out lie! We helped him carry everything in and out! They then told us to take them to court if we wanted our money back. Terrible business and terrible owner!

Will never use again! For starters they were very rude and condescending. We asked them to come out in March because we had no heat. It took them several days to come out and our house was 40 degrees for those days. Then after they came out the looked at our furnace and said it needed to be cleaned, and said it may have more that needed to be looked at, but they weren't going to do it unless they got paid for a more in depth look at it. There was a dead bird and some other things needed cleaning.They gave us an estimate, and we didn't have the money to pay it all that day, so they came back another day when we had the money for them to clean it out. They put a new filter in, cleaned what needed to be cleaned, and then left the dead bird on our basement floor without telling us about it. Mind you they charged us $26 and they just left in there. If I knew were it was I could do that for free. We are VERY disappointed with the service we got, and can't believe we paid over $100 for basically nothing!

Came to my home right away, explained my problem, ended up replaceing my 22 year old furnace. They were there when they said they would be, were very professional. I recieved agood quality furnace at a good value.

Our air con didn’t work at the onset of the hottest week of the year. The new owner came out in less than two hours and had it running in 20 minutes. Excellent service and the price was right.

Great phone rep; quick service. Had a leaky Venturi on my pressure tank, they diagnosed over the phone sent a great tech (Jeff) and he had it fixed inside an hour. Very satisfied!
