Done Heating & Cooling

I had them out at our four rentals and they tuned up all and repaired one. They did a great job

You can trust this company, been using them for years. Luckily I havent many problems with my heat or air, but they've taken care of me a few times.

Initial call was $120 diagnostic fee for A/C not working, and this fee would go towards cost of repair if Done performs it. Upon receiving cost of repair estimate, it did not include credit for the diagnostic fee and instead Done haggled about the what-if scenarios that would raise the cost of repair higher. Paid the diagnostic fee for him to leave.

Frank was great! Fixed the problem in a heartbeat and was very knowledgeable :)

Service came in 8/17 A/C was not coming on, they came and fix issue in 1 hr. Happy Customer.

Straight forward & honest. It was to nice to see a marked service truck pull into my drive way, cant stand unmarked vehicles. Thanks Frank.
