Mike Brusseau did an outstanding job on my annual maintenance. Our main A/C stopped cooling and he quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. Mike’s been doing our service work for almost 15 years and he always does a great job!

I called Flame Heating because I was having issues with my furnace warming my house, they sent someone out the same day. Kieran was very professional, fast and knowledgeable he got my furnace back working within 15minutes. I would definitely recommend this business and ask for Kieran.

Kyle Dreyer was a knowledgeable and efficient technician. He did a yearly maintenance on my generator and the air conditioner. I will ask for him next year because he also took the time to answer all my questions.

Donovan did a very good job with my A/C inspection. He explained the status to me, and set up my follow-up appointment with a sales person to discuss my next steps. He was very professional, articulate, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and is an excellent representative for Flame.

We had ac work done today by Cole, Mike and their helper. We also had Donovan at our home 2 days before doing our gold plan check. All of these young men were focused and professional. We have been Flame Furnace customers for over 30 years.

Great service, needed a plumber on Christmas eve during a snow/ice storm, main drain was clogged , so basically the house was shut down.
After a no/show from another company I called Flame, they within 2 hours I got a text from Flame saying Solomon Batt was on his way.
He arrived and explained throughly what he was going to do. He tried with smaller drain auger, and when that didn't work he brought the big auger to the basement and cleared the drain.
He cleand up and except for every thing working correctly yi wouldn't know he was there.
I'd suggest Flame any time.

Excellent caring staff! They were so very knowledgeable from the customer service rep, to the technician all the way to installation tech! Everyone was so professional and treated us like we were family to get our air up and running as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service from the company's response to my inquiry to Rob's work in replacing old galvanized pipes. He was professional, explained the necessary steps, answered my questions, and cleaned up debris before leaving. Great job, start to finish!

Purchased a new furnace with humidifier from Flame. (Had previously been a customer of Williams but they merged with Flame recently.) The whole experience was excellent, from Troy McLaughlin in sales, to Justin Miner and Scott (?) who installed it. Troy was very thorough and patient when explaining all our options, drawing up 4 different quotes for us with various levels of efficiencies, etc. We only had to wait one week for installation, because they had all the parts and equipment in stock, ready to go. The installers, Justin and Scott were great. They were timely, polite, personable and completed dismantling our old system and installing the new in one day. (three others came during the day to do specialty items such as electrical and plumbing and they were very polite and nice, too.) Everything was cleaned up and taken away before they left and they explained our new system and answered all our questions. We are very pleased.
