Lofgren installed a new Carrier Infinity furnace and heat pump for us last April. I waited to write a review to get the system through a couple of seasons. Lofgren has been great through the whole process - the no pressure sales, installation team and after-installation support has all been five stars. The Carrier system has worked perfectly - the heat pump works great, the a/c kept the house cooled (the old one didn't), the condenser and furnace are quiet, and it saves us money compared to the old system. Two thumbs up!

I want to thank Neil for the prompt estimate,speedy scheduling and following up with any questions I had.
Joe and AJ were amazing and took on the task of of removing my very old furnace and replacing it with a shiny,new efficient one!
They were both conscientious,courteous and knowledgeable to answer any questions I had.
They also did an amazing job cleaning up the area when they finished.

I had called for after hours service on my furnace this past weekend. Kyle had returned my call in a timely manner, and arrived within the 45 minutes which he had told me he would . He was thorough in seeking out the issue, and was determined to go pick up parts in order to fix the problem for me that day. I would highly recommend Kyle for his knowledge, and professionalism. You never make a call to an HVAC company because things are going well. There's a problem, and it's usually horrible timing. After using a couple other bigger name service providers, I was referred to Lofgren and I'm never looking back. It starts at the customer service line...consistently friendly service, excellent communication. The technicians that come out to the house are friendly and knowledgeable and always helpful. The prices? Reasonable, not gouging for unnecessary work. This is a wonderful company to call when things are going wrong!

The entire team at Lofgren responded immediately to an issue we had with our 20+ year furnace. The field service rep clearly sited the issue with the old furnace and gave us options to repair or replace. We made the decision to replace and within a day or two the company replaced the furnace with a new high efficiency system.
The sales team and the install team were great in getting the new system installed and did a great job training us on the new smart thermostat. Our sales person took care of getting rebate documents to the energy company and we recieved our rebates within weeks.
Buying big appliances isnt always something that is planned but Lofgren made this process very easy and we are very happy with the overall process.
Greater furnace and very happy customers. We will go to Lofgren for any other needs that they can sove.

Lofgren's service, sales and installation team did a great job for us. With 90 degree temps outside our AC unit went down. Lofgren's got a sales rep here, a tear out team was in the next day and the new unit was installed first thing the next day. They were awesome to work with and did great work as well. I highly recommend them.

I called after hours on a Friday and spoke to Aaron, he was very helpful and courteous and willing to come out right away.
We waited until the morning, Aaron showed up on time and was committed to solving the problem while relaying information the whole time.
He even followed up with a phone call to check on things on Monday.

Found my new heating and air service company in Lofgren. I'd been using another company for 14+ years and they failed miserably in customer service recently: After multiple calls, schedule conflicts, and communication issues--and finally getting my former service provider to diagnose my problem (bad evaporator coil), the tech stated I'd get a call from service to schedule the fix and provide an estimate. They never called back. I realized later that my a/c unit might be under warranty, however. And while checking out the unit myself, I noticed a Lofgren sticker from when the unit was initially installed during our house's construction. I emailed Lofgren because I was worried that the warranty was no good since I never registered the unit and was hoping they could provide me with the actual install date to provide to Carrier--and they informed me that they did this for me upon install. They stated that I can have any Carrier service company fix the coil as I was still under warranty. They never tried to sell me anything or pressure me into using them. I called back and asked "Lofgren is an authorized Carrier service company, right?" They said "Yes." I hired them on the spot. They came out on time, right on budget for the estimate that was provided (coolant fill and labor)--and Chad, the tech, was in and out in no time. Don't waste your time calling a dozen heating and a/c companies. Call Lofgren. Thank you, Lofgren. You'll be providing my a/c and furnace checkups--and any service needs--in the future!

Furnace went out over the weekend, so I called and left a message. I was called back within 20 minutes, and Joe talked me through some steps that got it running again. He recommended scheduling a tune up to follow up (hadn't had one in 3+ years so I was overdue). Greg (hope I got the name right) came out today and tuned it up. He also helped us figure out the cause of our problem (nothing to do with the furnace). We could have easily been taken advantage of by a less scrupulous company, but this group obviously puts the customer first. We avoided a weekend service call and potentially unnecessary repairs because of their approach. I'd recommend Lofgren to anyone.
