I'm very pleased with work done by Dover Heating & Air Conditioning. Owner was non-gimmicky and very straight forward and knowledgeable. Service techs were all kind and hard-working. They all were good to my dog and showed no-judgement with my house and various projects. Can't speak highly enough of this company.

We have been Dover Heating & Air Conditioning clients for a long time and have always gotten high-ranking service and advice from the company. Recently was no exception. Mike was detailed and enlightened about our system, checked it meticulously and cleaned what needed to be cleaned. Top notch!!

Installation was prompt, efficient and completed on time. Wonderful service all round. The product was economical and the warranty was exceptional. Mike and Elvis were very professional and worked hard to meet our heating and cooling needs. They installed our new AC, duct-work, and gas furnace and everything is running perfect. We have great climate control now thanks to Dover Heating & Air Conditioning. We will not go anywhere else for our heating and cooling needs. Highly recommended.

Mike was awesome and very knowledgeable in the tune-up and clean of my furnace. He gave some great recommendations to keep it running smoothly and even crawled up into my attic to check on loose fan/vent duct work that an inspector reported. Very easy to talk with, and ask questions. Definitely going back to them for future work.

The technician spent much of the day attending to all plumbing and heating devices in my home. He installed a new garbage disposal, installed a new sink sprayer, changed out my furnace filter and worked with a plugged sink in my bathroom. Finally, he was thoughtful in the way he interacted with me and those who were visiting my home that day. He was very professional, courteous and very great to work with.

We had a problem with our heater and we called Dover after a recommendation from our neighbor. Outstanding service,Elvis the technician was friendly and knowledgeable.He quickly assessed the problem and did an excellent work. I would highly recommend them!

This is the worst company one can deal with. I made sure several times that if they had a technician to come out and repair my air conditioning. They confirmed that they did which led to my wife calling off form work to be there when they came. Half an hour later, they called me and canceled saying that they overbooked. They were not even apologetic at all. This is an alert not to ever give these guys a call at all. Stay away from them if you are looking for a decent service.

When our central AC recently failed, Mike and a friend went above and over to get a replacement system installed before the most oppressive part of the current heat wave. The crew did a massive job on the install and were courteous, polite and left things cleaner than they found them. Super!!

The dispatcher actually hung the phone up on me in the middle of a sentence as I was trying to explain, very patiently, what I needed from him.

They clearly use uninformed people to answer their phones, training them to get people to pay a service charge and then move onto the next. Not professional and poor service.
