I called a few places and no one could respond immediately even as an emergency call. I called Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service and they could come the next day. The repair was quick and much cheaper than I expected or had paid in the past. Very friendly and nice to work with. Thanks you Gordon's Heating and Cooling Service!

What a very professional business. The service contract goes with you, if you move to a new location. They accommodated an urgent heating repair around my work schedule. Further, service employees Rodgers and Jimmy took the time to answer all my questions, and provided detailed explanations. They went above and beyond normal expectations for a service call. Glad to have this company on my list of businesses to call when my home needs heating or cooling attention.

Bob just finished checking our two air conditioning systems. He was extremely knowledgeable, and very nice. He gave us several tips on maintaining our systems and possibly reducing our electric bills. They have worked for us for the last three years, and have always been very reliable.

They were able to come out the same day I called. I got a text when the tech, was on the way. It included his picture and a short bio. It made me feel safer knowing who to look for. Michael was friendly, professional and fast! He took time to show me what was going on and what to look for in the future.

We had our a/c installed by this company 2 months ago, an because of a clog in the line it stopped working. Within a couple of hours, our technician Jimmy, provided us with a courteous service and gave us pointers to avoid this problem in the future. So far, the best technician we have had! The technician that came out on Monday was prompt and professional, he was very knowledgeable and was able to give me an honest estimate on fixing my old unit or replacing it with a new cost efficient one. Spectacular service delivery!!

Called and spoke with Jimmy, when I inquired as to why there’s a $120 service fee to have a rep come out for a consultation when he can just come out with the unit as I already know what I want installed, I was hung up on.

I actually read the reviews on this business before calling. Unfortunately the customer service over the phone was poor.

Subcontractor sent, was told it costs $150 just to show up at my house, spent 15 min inspecting and wanted to charge another $50 for labor. Couldn't answer questions I had about a/c pressure and proper charging of system, I was told, "if it works, I would worry about it."
