I highly recommend using LaSalle if you need any help with your heating or air conditioning systems. They are professional, knowledgeable, and will give you an honest assessment of what needs to be done. If you are debating on who to call for service or need a quote on a new system do yourself a favor and call LaSalle.
Max came out to give me a second opinion on an issue we were having with our AC, which a different company told me we needed to replace the entire system (AC and Furnace). Max performed an inspection on the both the AC and Heating systems. He found we had a cracked heat exchanger that he showed me on the camera, but the AC system was simply low on charge. Max got our AC back up and running that day. We did end up needing to replace the 30 year old furnace. Kenzie and Max helped me work with my insurance company (which the insurance company made difficult) and they were extremely helpful by submitting all necessary documentation required by the insurance company.
On the day of installation Kevin and Miguel arrived on time they were professional, informed me on how to work the system, answered all my questions, and cleaned up their work area. From start to finish the entire team was extremely easy to work with, and they are competitive in pricing compared with other companies I got quotes from.

LaSalle Heating and Air Conditioning is awesome!! I had to have my furnace and air conditioner both replaced. I had three different companies come out and give me estimates and talk to me. It was an easy choice once Charlie came out and did my estimate. He answered all my questions and explained it in terms I could understand and I was very impressed by him. Charlie came back with Max and Ryan and installed them, they were so careful not to track anything in or out. They helped me set up my thermostat and showed me how to use it.
I have never been so impressed by a company and their people. I recommend them all the time now.

LaSalle Heating and A/C. will always be my first choice, and my top recommendation. My furnace went out on a Sunday morning. I called my “service plus” vendor for help at 9:00 am. A technician finally came at 1:35 AM Monday morning, only to tell me my furnace was not repairable—it was now 2:00 AM and my house was 48 degrees! I called LaSalle Heating and A/C first thing Monday morning. Within hours, Scott was at my home to take a look at the furnace and provide an estimate for a new one. He took the time to walk me through the best options for me, found rebates and programs that saved me hundreds of dollars, and helped me with setting up financing. They were ready to install the next day, and I couldn’t have been happier with Charlie and team who did the install. They were so kind, polite, and thorough. They walked me through everything they did, showed me how to care for and operate the system, and left the area in immaculate condition.I am so grateful for a company that is trustworthy, dependable, and one who so highly values its customers and what they experience. The great people at LaSalle Heating and AC came to our home today. We had issues with our furnace overnight. I called at 7am and expected to leave a message, but was greeted by the owner who informed me they would have someone out in a few hours. The technician assigned to our account got held up at another job so the owner filled in and took care of our issue in less than 30 minutes. How many companies will go that far out of their way to keep their schedule? Very impressed - LaSalle will be our first call for any future HVAC needs we have.

We worked with Charlie, Miguel and Ben. They were all very courteous and professional. We appreciated how quickly they were able to help us when our furnace died during very cold weather. Between getting our problem diagnosed and a new furnace installed, it was about a 20 hour turn around. We greatly appreciated the courtesy space heaters to get us through the night. This company does it right!

I can't say enough good things about LaSalle. I called them at 10pm on a Friday night about a broken air conditioner. I expected an answering machine, but they answered (very friendly). A technician called me back within a half hour, and they were at my house by 10am the next day. I received an email and text confirmation. And another text prior to the technician, Charlie, arriving. The text contained a photo of Charlie along with a bio including his professional experience and even some hobbies. Charlie was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He took the time to walk us through everything, and make sure we understood the issue and resolution, and that everything was working before he left. I didn't price compare to other businesses, but the prices seemed very reasonable, especially for a weekend. I would recommend them to my grandma and my best friends. Excellent company.

Our furnace went out on Friday. Charlie was at the house within 45 minutes of our calling LaSalle. He was professional with his assessment of the situation and presentation of our options. He e-mailed us several quotes to consider Friday night so we could make our decision on Saturday. Charlie rearranged his Monday schedule to help sign us up for financing and by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday he and his team had installed a new high efficiency furnace with humidifier. Great service from all!

LaSalle is amazing and went beyond the extra mile. Our 29 year old AC wasn't working on Memorial Day weekend, when family was coming over. I called around 7am on Sunday morning and Scott, the owner, answered immediately. They didn't have an install date available for about 3 weeks, so he came out himself later that day, even though they were booked solid, to add Freon (FOR FREE) just to make sure we could get some relief from the heat that weekend.
3 weeks later his team came out, consisting of his sons and other skilled installers and they were amazing all around. They cleaned up a mess left from the old coils and did a fantastic job installing the new AC/furnace and made recommendations for the new thermostat as well. We also needed a PVC pipe installed for the efficient unit and they recommended the most difficult option for them because it would look the cleanest and "that's what they would want if it was their house". That's all you can ask for in my opinion. I would recommend them to anyone. I called them because I only saw 5 star reviews online and now understand why. I will be a customer for life.

Every individual at LaSalle that I dealt with, from Scott, the owner, to each employee, was willing to take time to address any questions or concerns I might have about the selection of my new furnace/air conditioner. LaSalle HVAC should be your first go to for any HVAC problem. I've used them in the past and have yet to have even a minor complaint. They are professionals in the truest sense of the word. They keep you updated on the status of your call, let you know service call fees up front and really know what they are doing.
Had my heater go out on New Years day. Called them around 8:00 AM. By 1:30, the heater was fixed and Charlie went over it to make sure it was correct. Even fixed a few things, no charge.
